Very professional and efficient. They didn't actually repair all of the things they found wrong because some of the parts were really old and they didn't have them on-hand and/or wouldn't be able to easily find them. But they gave good advice and we are having them install new toilets soon, so obviously we want to use them again!

I had an issue with a leak on the third floor of a three family. I got a plumber in and he could not find the leak so he promised to come back to do a more comprehensive check on it. I could not wait for him to come back. The leak had to be fixed right away. I went on Angies’ list and got Zeolla. I called Zeolla and left a message. Doug, the owner, called me back right away and arranged to go out to visit the house. He examined the leak and advised me that it wasn’t due to a plumbing issue but a gap between the kitchen sink and the wall. He demonstrated it so I could see it. He then showed us how to fix the gap to save our money. The problem was solved. Doug was so knowledgeable in plumbing that I asked him to check and fixed other leaks in the house. He also replaced leaking pipes in the basement. I also asked him to fix a broken pipe in my other multi-family house. He came to look at it and called me to explain the issues with the broken pipe. He ended up fixing other plumbing issues at that house too. I am very happy with the results and feel lucky enough to finally find a high quality plumber. He is my plumber now =). I would not hesitate to recommend him to my relatives and friends. To sum up, “call Zella for any of your plumbing issues when no-one else can.” You would be happy that you make the call.

I called Doug and told him that I was nervous, as we were getting a lot of opinions from family that it could be anything from a clog to tree roots causing the issue. Doug told me not to worry by phone and that I was probably looking at a $500 fix. Both he and his son came to my house that week. They snaked the drain and fixed the leaking pipe, solving the first of our problems. They also changed the tap for the hot and cold water for the washer since the ones we had were original to the house and a big issue my fiance and I weren't even aware of. While there, they let me know that they can do all of the jobs we need one by one, gave an estimate for our old water heater, and made the whole process painless. Definitely will use them again. They were honest and came in under what I was expecting to pay.

This might end up being a novel because I can't say enough about Zeolla Plumbing. If you need a plumber, look no further, because these guys are phenomenal. As a first time homeowner, and not very trustworthy, I found Zeolla Plumbing in my local town paper over 5 years ago and first contacted Doug Zeolla for a washer / dryer hookup. I was thoroughly impressed with Doug and his son Derek...they literally juggled their schedule around last minute to fit me in as a brand new customer, and even made it a point to coordinate time-wise with my washer/dryer delivery. Five years went by before I needed any other plumbing services, so when my hot water heater bit the dust 3 months ago, and on a Sunday morning no less, I didn't hesitate to call Doug, who was at my door in a jiffy to assess the situation and had me hooked up with a new unit the following day. I even left his sons in my house to do the job while I was at work, and when I got home, not only did I have a fabulous new water heater, but my house was immaculate! Sweet! So here's the best part...this past weekend there was a water mane break in town that caused pressure surges and a lot of exploding water heaters in my neighborhood...mine included. Once again, it was a Sunday morning, but when I called Doug panic stricken, he was at my house in less than a half hour to check things out, and his son Derek followed to take care of business...not only for me but for neighbors who couldn't reach their own plumbers. Wait, it doesn't end there...the following day, my water just wasn't running very hot, so of course I called Doug again, and he troubleshooted over the phone to show me how to adjust the heat setting on my unit. Honestly, the high quality of work, professionalism and dedication to customers that Zeolla Plumbing demonstrates is top notch, and you are never made to feel like an inconvenience, no matter what the issue is. These guys are the real deal, and I highly recommend them.

Doug was excellent! He replaced the leaky garbage disposal quickly and advised me on another plumbing issue I had. I would definitely hire him again!

Doug called the night before told me what time that they would be at my house....showed up on time when we made arrangements for them to fix the outside water faucet he said if I brought the garbage disposal he would install it for a extra 50.00 which I thought was fair...well it took a lot more work because the disposal was pretty old so the whole trap had to be replaced and a lot more work and he still charged me the price he quoted me. This was the second time I used this company great guys great work.

Doug and his sons we amazingly helpful. My water heater had gone and I needed one as soon as possible. I looked up Angie's List and Zeolla plumbing had great reviews. I called Doug and he was ready to help right away. Since I needed the job done fast we went over everything I needed on the phone, I took a few pictures and sent them over. Doug was very upfront telling me exactly what it would cost and how much work would need to be done. We needed the water heater to be as good or better than the previous and he made sure to deliver on his promise, Doug and his sons made sure they had it installed that day. Doug made what should have been a stressful situation very easy! He was honest and upfront with home much everything would cost, showed me the receipt and was extremely dependable. I can't say enough good things about the experience and would recommend Doug Zeolla and his sons at Zeolla plumbing to everyone I know. I already told family members and friends how great they was.

Derek Zeolla was prompt. He explained what he would do to the outside faucet and after looking at the pipe situation in the cellar, he explained what he had to do to make it right. He worked quietly and efficiently and explained the winter turn off procedure several times so I could take notes. After the scheduled work, he did an inspection of the pipes and pronounced them satisfactory. He did suggest that the valve from the street be replaced soon and that the water heater was coming to the end of its time.

Zeolla representative, Derek, arrived on time, got right to work and stayed with it until it was finished, despite several complications ( my plumbing is all inside the walls and passed through several studs). He helped me with a couple of other adjacent issues as well, and was always informative and polite. I will definitely call Zeolla for any future plumbing needs. A very positive first experience for me.

My husband wanted to get a new valve for our water system. I read reviews on Angieslist and left a voice message for Doug. Literally minutes after I left the voice message, Doug called me back. I wasn't sure if I was explaining what my husband wanted properly, but Doug knew what I meant and didn't even think less of me/talk down to me like some other contractors I have had to speak with for not knowing the proper terminology. Anyways, Doug actually said he could swing by in the afternoon to take a look. He showed up early, which was amazing. Not only that, but he had the equipment in his truck to put a new valve on so he offered to do it on the spot. Honestly, this was the best experience I ever had. He was personable, on time, professional, accommodating and although I did not compare prices, I thought it was very reasonable for same day service. Thank you!

They were great. I have had a lot of tradesmen come to my house, I would recommend them and use them again. They came in a timely fashion and were very professional.

The old faucet was extremely hard to remove. The new faucet didn't exactly fit properly. Doug perservered and got everything installed and working properly. What should have been a quick easy job turned out to be a little more complicated but I couldn't be happier with the end result.

These guys were great -- from initial contact and follow-up communication leading up to the job, to actually carrying out the job, the Zeollas get a well deserved A+ from us. I initially called Doug directly on his cell phone and heard his voicemail message indicating that he also responds to text messages, so I decided to give that a shot -- less than 30 seconds later, I get a response from Doug looking for details of the job. We messaged each other and they seemed to be quite flexible in their hours of availability, so I purchased the service on Angie's List. The next morning, I provided Doug with the address and an hour later Doug Jr. and Derek arrived promptly. They came in, assessed the issue at hand, and fixed the problem. They gave recommendations, without being pushy, for other things that may need to be looked at in the future and were insistent on cleaning up afterwards. The Zeollas were amiable, prompt, and great at what they do. I will certainly keep their contact information for future jobs and would be happy to recommend them to my family, friends, and other Angie's List members!

After purchasing an Angie's List deal, within 24 hours I had received contact from Doug at Zeolla. I explained the situation and he assured me that it was something he could easily handle. He also was pretty certain he could manage the task within the scope of the purchased deal. He requested pictures in advance so that he could better assess the job and was able to schedule a visit within a few days. I was beyond impressed with Doug's responsiveness and timeliness. He arrived at the time he had said, was able to immediately get to work and had my problem resolved in no time. He took the time to explain what had happened and how he was going to fix the sink so that I would not run into this situation again. I was also impressed with his attention to detail in cleaning up afterward! I absolutely will keep his name and number on file should I ever need a plumber again and will recommend him to friends in the area.

Doug called the night before set up a appointment for the next morning between 8-8:30 they showed up on time...they checked the sink and my sink trap had a hole in it from corrosion and the drain was clogged...they replaced the trap and unclogged the drain cleaned up after showed me the worked that was done did a great job for a good price would use them again.

After the gas company confirmed that I had a gas leak at my stove, I called Zeolla's as I had bought a Big Deal. Doug got back to me within an hour to discuss scheduling and what I needed done. Because I told him that the gas company confirmed a leak, they turned off the gas, Doug told me that he'd be over to fix it the next day, instead of having me wait two days for his schedule to open up. He came the next morning, and meticulously checked the gas leak with his equipment and his soapy stuff. He found the leak and repaired it. He tested the area around the leak again with his equipment and showed me that there was nothing else leaking and that it was sealed properly. He then went under my kitchen sink because my faucet was loose and not in the proper position. He determined that it had been installed incorrectly and proceeded to fix it. It is now tight and working properly. He checked my garbage disposal and it was then working fine. Doug was efficient, professional and came in a crisis. I will use his company again.

He is punctual offers fair prices and does the job right. I coordinated everything thing though email so that he would arrive shortly after our new dishwasher and install the same day to minimize downtime for our tenants. Our tenant was very happy with the resulting install. In the past for other jobs Doug even came back and fixed what others didn't do right ( septic problem) . Very responsive and goes above and beyond. Very professional. has integrity and will not recommend unnecessary work. He has helped us manage all plumbing issues in our MA house while we lived out of the country the past year. we are moving back this month and will definitely continue working with Doug Zeolla.

Doug came out on a Saturday to fix our stove - I called him in the afternoon and he was here within 90 minutes. He was professional, personable, and polite. It was a relatively quick fix, but he charged us a very fair price given that it was a Saturday and he had to drive all the way out here. He had a gas detector with him, and tested the fix to make sure it was 100% sealed before leaving. I'd use Doug again anytime I need any plumbing work done.

Dorchester, Monday morning 6/2/14 approx. 7:30am I left message explaining we needed our water heater replaced. Zeolla called back within 5 minutes. Sent his 2 sons to do the job - they arrived by 9:30am as promised. Very polite and willing to explain everything. They deducted approx $600 off the quote when they discovered that our heater was still under warranty. They took care of all the warranty refund claim proceedure - I didn't have to do anything! The sons discovered that the venting was clogged with roof debris, etc. and took care of removing a huge amount of debris and replacing some ductwork for an additional $200. This was money well spent, as the clog was a fire/carbon monoxide hazard. I was initially expecting to pay around $1200, but the warranty refund brought it down to approx $600 plus the $200 for ventilation work. I am always on the lookout for companies that try to nickle & dime and gouge me - these guys don't do that. Very satisfied customer here! We will soon be moving to Natick this summer, so I confirmed with Zeolla that they would be willing to service in Natick - Zeolla will be our first call for plumbing from here on out. Please call this company - good, honest, competent businesses deserve success. I can't speak highly enough of Zeolla Plumbing.

I can't thank Doug and his two sons Derek and Doug enough. My whole experience with Zeolla plumbing was positive. From the quick response to my call, coming out to look at the job and provide an estimate to scheduling date for work to be done to the day it was completed. All within a week. They were punctual and were extremely careful in my home. They even insisted on sweeping the floor in my laundry room when they were done. They were patient answered all my questions and most importantly made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber in the future.
