This was not an emergency call. Derek Zeolla arrived within one hour of my initial call. He was courteous, professional and performed the work in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the results and would hire Zeolla Plumbing & Heating again in the future without hesitation.

Team Zeola came on time and finished the work efficiently. We also got unbiased advise and tips on various plumbing matters. Great service !

This is the second time we've used Zeolla Plumbing. We were impressed working with them from start to finish the first time that they have become our go to plumbers of choice. From the time I emailed to get a quote and schedule to their arrival to get the job scheduled done, they were professional, punctual and there were no surprises.

Showed up on time, made repair quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

They came on a saturday morning to check out a leaky toilet and quickly identified the problem. They also took a look at what we thought might be a leak, but they later called back and let us know that it was probably not a leak, but a hot water pipe making noise when in use. The toilet ended up leaking again, but they came out right away and fixed it up and all is working well. Would definitely call them again.

Actually showed up as he said he would. Gave a price, kept to it. Felt I was treated fairly, someone you could trust. Good work, no complaints. Would use him again.

Doug listened attentively to my plans for the bathroom and made many helpful suggestions. He took a good deal of time tracing plumbing lines, explaining options, and recommending products. Although I have decided to postpone this bath remodel, I want to commend the time and attention Doug gave to my prospective project.

Quick call back, quick price quote, very knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment that I could actually keep. Doug texted me several times to communicate status and reminder as date approached. Install was seamless. My new gas range is working like a champ. Really nice guy and his son. I guess his other son is also part of the business. We also discussed my condensing boiler that another plumber installed. I found that they were up on all the latest technology in efficient energy. It is hard to find plumbers who are willing to learn NEW things. If they are willing to do the small jobs, they are worth it. Most plumbers didn't even call me back or quoted much higher to discourage me. (I guess) . Doug got right back to me on a Sunday night. I was appreciative because as a teacher, my time near teleophones is really limited! So definitely pick these guys. While no one's perfect, I think all homeowners must do their own research and talk to contractors. Ask the same questions and listen carefully and you will begin to see the differences.

This is my 2nd time when I contact Doug & co. I used a coupon and paid the remaining balance for what I needed done. They are very busy but once scheduled, Doug keeps his word and sticks to it. I am pleased w/ the work they do. When it comes to prices, Doug is a true capitalist and crushes the competition. Thanks again!

Derick and Doug replaced my water heater. They showed up on time, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. While they weer there also unclogged a slow drain in the shower. I have used them in the past for plumbing issues and will continue to use them in the future for plumbing and heating concerns

These guys are just great. We had planned for three days and they completed the jobs in two. Besides really knowing what they are doing -- they were neat and cleaned up!! I would highly recommend them.

Basically work was not performed because there was no need for it. I accepted that because I just mainly had concerns. I had a little leaky sink previously but we tried to fix it and when the plumber came it wasn't leaking anymore. However, I had asked him a problem with my shower faucet - whenever I shut the water off, there is a loud shaking noise inside the pipes that shook the whole house. He said this problem could not be fixed easily because of the size of the pipes - the pipes just do not have enough air in them so it creates a loud noise. I asked him if I had to change the whole shower faucet - he said no because the faucet looks brand new. The problem with what he said about the faucet was all wrong - the faucet broke 3 weeks later and I couldn't even shut off the water. I had someone come to replace it and they told me the insides were all broken down - it was a very old faucet. The problem with the loud noise when shutting off the faucet also went away after I did the oil to gas conversion - it somewhat had to do with the whole furnace system. All in all I did not receive any service from what I paid, and I was provided wrong diagnosis of my problem! I would like to have my money back for what I've paid for this deal.

Our 12-yr old 40 gallon water heater was starting to leak, so I called Zeolla Plumbing and Heating as they were A-rated on Angie's List with many reviews and had a Deal on. The fine print of the Deal stated that if the water heater was vented externally the cost would likely be more. I did call around and get other quotes. Then I called Doug Zeolla and he answered all my questions, then gave me a discounted quote for a well-reviewed water heater . Even though his quote was a bit higher, I went with Doug based on his Angie's reputation and the many reviews I read. We phoned and texted back and forth and he confirmed his crew would be here with the new water heater between 8:20 and 9:30am the very next morning. They were indeed here at 8:20am. Doug Jr and Derrick were eager to please, professional, and helpful. They removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new one - all in 2 hours. They also repaired a small leak in a drain hose from the heating system at no extra charge. They cleaned up the site, and were fine with me calling in my credit card info instead of writing a check. (I can always use those miles!) Doug (the elder) was very easy to work with, promised a 2-year guarantee on the service ("call us anytime for any reason"). It was a very positive experience all around.

It was very impressive service. I called to ask for the sink to be fixed, since it was bothering our renters, whose apartment it was in. Zeolla came the next day, even though we are out of their service range, which I had not realized when I paid for the service. Despite what it cost him in time and gas to come here, the service was provided quickly and well with no extra charge. He is polite, professional and gracious. I am very thankful and happy with his work.

This service exceeded our expectations AGAIN! We noticed that our water heater was leaking from the bottom on Saturday morning. We called Zeolla's around noon and left a message. They immediately called back to get details on the problem. They quoted a price for a replacement water heater, showed up by 12:30 and we had a new water heater installed within a few hours. They were extremely professional and they did a tremendous clean up job. Price was very reasonable and we were extremely impressed that they immediately responded and completed the job. This was our second visit from Zeolla's in a month. We had called them based on a recommendation from a friend when we found out a sewer pipe under our basement floor was cracked and needed to be replaced. We knew this would be a huge job. Zeolla's came in, assessed our situation and they were able to re-route our pipes, thus NOT having to dig up our basement. This was a huge savings in cost AND mess. While they were here they noticed our drier vent was installed incorrectly and fixed that. Once again they were extremely professional and they did an amazing clean up job. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing need and I highly recommend them for any job!

Derick showed up on time and replaced a part in the shower that was causing a constant drip from the handle to turn the water on and off. He then attempted to unclog the kitchen sink from the kitchen. It turned out to be a bigger of a problem than anticipated as the house is older and this clog has been building for years. Derick had to snake all the pipes to get the pipes unclogged. He took the additional time to get this done and not leave without fixing this problem. I was happy with the services provided and intend on using Zeolla Plumbing for future needs
