We called because our garbage disposal was leaking. They were very prompt in setting up an appointment and on time. Unfortunately, our garbage disposal was so old it couldn't be repaired, but the person quickly went and picked up a new one for us and installed it immediately. It took less than an hour! He even helped us better secure our sink (which was previously broken).

These guys are great - very friendly, fair, and responsive. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Doug Zeolla came to our rescue! The original plumber we had hired to disconnect our stove wanted nothing to do with reconnecting our appliances after the floors were done because they didn't want to risk scratching the newly finished floors. The stove and fridge had to be moved back to the kitchen from our dining room where they were stored. Our stove happens to be very heavy too. We called many plumbers and they all understandably declined until we called Zeolla. He showed up with an appliance mover, thoughtfully assessed how to best get the job done and went about it with great patience and a positive attitude. Everything got hooked back up and our newly finished floors are unmarried. We are so grateful!

Doug Jr arrived on time as promised. Quickly assessed problem and gave me two options for repair with price for each. Despite difficult access from inside basement, he quickly and efficiently replaced unit. Clean up was excellent.Provided advice on a couple of other issues I had. I would and will use this company again. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

I was impressed by Zeolla's responsiveness, professionalism, and service. I signed up for an Angie's List deal to get new valves installed for my washing machine hook-up. I received a response from Zeolla's very quickly (within 2 hrs). After explaining that I couldn't do laundry until the valve and hose to the machine was fixed, I got an appointment within a few days. Initially, the work was supposed to be simple, but it was compounded by the fact that the main water valve to my unit (and my neighbors didn't work.) So those valves needed to be repaired before the valves and hoses to my washing machine could be fixed. Zeolla's didn't charge me for the first visit because they had to return another day for the larger job. After coordinating with my home-owner association, they fixed all of the problems and charged me an additional, reasonable price for the additional work (and billed the home-owner association separately.) They were responsive and flexible in dealing with these unexpected problems. I would use them again.

Discovered leaking pipes early evening and called for service. Even as a new customer, he picked up phone after hours to take my call. He stated he would be by within the hour which he was to evaluate what was needed. After evaluating, he stated he or his son would be back to fix pipes they were. Efficiently replaced the leaking pipes. Water pressure was taking a long time to return, but water was running, Next morning, pressure was still low so called back Doug came out early and identified and fixed the broken valve quickly.

Doug jr. replaced our old kitchen faucet with a new one (which I bought myself in advance). All work was carried out swift and clean. We were very happy with his services.

I chose Zeolia Plumbing & Heating. After getting a response online we got to speak on the phone. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond. We setup the appointment for the next day. They were early to the appointment, and after a tour of the locations the jobs were done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the service and the way Angieslist provided the reviews to narrow down the choices. I will keep the card for consideration on future projects.

Even though the Zeolla Plumbing was not close to my location, they honored the contract through Angie's List. They were professional and completed the job promptly. I will definitely use them again.

Very easy to schedule; two people came out and worked extremely fast. They were really friendly and I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get this all done. My only point of constructive criticism is that I wished they would have tidied up before they left --- they left some of the boxes/trash items in my basement and didn't put back some of the pipe insulation they had to move to get to the main pipe. Overall it wasn't a huge omission but the devil is in the details and thought they could have spent the extra 5 minutes it took me to do it. Simply a "leave it like you found it" comment.

.I can't remember how long it took but they were good. They showed up at the appropriate time, it was one time were he couldn't make it out on time and he called me and informed me on the new time he was coming out. I liked everything he did and the way he did it.

It was awful. it took them 5 hours!!!! -no exaggeration - to install a new faucet in the kitchen. it is too exhausting to go thru all the details. he installed it, went out to get another tool, within 10 minutes new faucet had an issue with water stream. guy could not resolve it. He did not even know how to remove and clean the screen!!! FINALLY after literally 3.5 hours of trying to fix it, they replaced the new one with a new one!! which i asked them to do after it was clear the guy had no clue how to fix it. The owner was very rude to me on the phone. He insisted his son knew what he was doing and told me to "stop breathing down his neck" He was blaming my pipes and my water-none of which had an issue before they showed up!!!His son was the guy installing it. the whole experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!! this company came from a phone call with the Angie's list hotline. this was my first experience with their hotline. Not impressed. Would not use again.

Friday evening we discovered our water heater was leaking and knew we needed to replace it. It is hard to get someone to come on a Sat. We called several plumbers from Angie's list as well as two big box stores. Mr. Zeolla returned our call very quickly, came by in 20 minutes to see the problem and gave us an estimate. When we agreed, he said he would be back in an hour to do the work. His son who has been a plumber for 10 years came shortly. He was very friendly and professional and answered our questions.

Called around 9am, Zeolla showed up less then an hour later from first call, started work around 11:30am, done by 2:30pm. Extremely nice and professional. Was very neat and respectful of property Would hire them again for sure.

I was very pleased with them. They did a good job. They resolved the issue in a timely manner and the issue didn’t reoccur. They were clean, punctual and the price was excellent for what they did. I would definitely use them again.

The response was quick, within an hour of the initial phone call. The plumber assessed the situation and even brought to my attention a potential disaster for a pipe connection to come apart. The plumber was kind and courteous and performed the repairs quickly. It cost exactly what I thought it would. Would definitely use them again!

It was a excellent experience. Doug left me a message shortly after I purchased the deal and answered my return call personally. After I explained that my main water feed was off due to the toilet feed problem they quickly scheduled the service call for the following morning. Doug Jr. arrived early and was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He got down to work and got the repair done first so I could get the water back on in the house. He then replaced the two toilets with minimal mess. When one of the parts was insufficient to do the job, he quickly drove to the supply house to get the part he needed to finish the job. Overall it took about 3 hours, including the time to get the required part. The overall charge was about average and slightly higher than I expected considering I had a coupon, but still reasonable. I will definitely use these guys again for future plumbing needs.

The disposal was fixed just fine. The problem with the company was their lack of communication among them. They are a family run business. I spoke to the father first who scheduled the appointment. He sent one son out right away to assess the problem, and since he couldn't do anything that day, he told me that the money I spent for the special would go toward the actual hour of work needing done. He also said he's order the new disposal and we scheduled a time for him to come back. When the scheduled day came, the other brother called to ask if he was supposed to supply the parts (which I think he should have been told), and then after doing the work, was going to charge me for the total time it took. I explained that his brother said that my coupon went toward the first hour. There was some confusion on his part on how much more to charge me, and I feel like I was charged for time that I had already paid for.

this is the second time in so many weeks, we have called Zeolla, the first time the toilet broke, the second time the pipe in the basement was blocked and water was backing up. Both times, we were impressed with the quick response we received, the reasonable cost and they explained what was needed, what it would cost and how quickly the job was finished.

My daughter called me and said her water heater was gushing water out of it. I called Zeolla plumbing and left a message on his voice mail. In less than an hour, Doug Zeolla returned my call and after I explained what happened, he said he could meet me at my daughters house within the hour. In less than 30 minutes Doug had arrived and started to troubleshoot the problem. He informed us that the water heater needed to be replaced and checked to see if the warranty had expired on it. Unfortunately it had, but at least he tried to save us money. We agreed on a price and he started working on it right away. While he was removing the old unit, his sons showed up with the new water heater. The new water heater was installed within two hours and we had hot water an hour later. My daughter had a 4 month old son and Doug and his son's jumped through hoops for us to remedy this problem. What could have been 2 or 3 days without hot water, turned out to be just a small inconvenience to us thank to Doug and his great crew! I plan to use him to do work on my house, and my daughter has already scheduled other work she wants done. Thank you Doug for a great job.

Our shower was working intermittently. Sometimes we would spin the knob and it would work fine, sometimes it would just trickle. After a few days of this one evening it came on about half way and I had a really hard time turning it off. Once I got it turned off I decided to call Doug. This was 6pm on a Thursday. I left him a message and he texted me back less than 3 minutes later that he would call me when he finished a job in a hour (I had stated in the VM that it wasn't an emergency). After discussing the problem and I sent him a picture of the valve (I had taken it about 1/2 apart) he agreed to come over Saturday morning between 9 and 10. He Showed up promptly and was OK with me looking over his shoulder to see what he was doing so that I could understand and hopefully avoid having to call him in the future. He was able to repair the valve and also replaced some rubber fittings since they were starting to wear out which would cause leaking eventually. Afterwards, he did a general inspection of the plumbing in my house (as a new homeowner I appreciated this) and point out some things to keep an eye on and answered some general questions about things I was thinking about doing. Overall, excellent experience and Zeolla Plumbing is now my plumber for all future needs.

Very well, he was prompt, professional and did a great job. My house is out side of his normal work area but since I had signed up for the deal through Angie's list he honored the deal even though there was a lot of uncompensated travel time on his side.
