Description of Work: Wall mount microwave oven, cooktop and wall oven replacement inspection and installation. | |The inspection and evaluation on the replacement of our microwave and cook top and wall oven went well until the last step that they did not secure the cooktop back to the place that they had to be called to return to do it. | |When it comes to the installation of the microwave they did a descent job but a bit rush when they left so that a complete test on the machine was lacked. When I started to using it the ventilation fan was making clicking noises. So they have to come back to hopefully fix it.

Description of Work: Installed a stacked washer and dryer. Went to Yale to purchase a compact stackable washer and dryer, and the sales person looked at the dimensions we had and showed us a stackable full size that would fit instead. Very happy to have that help, as after days of dreading compact size and extensive research on my own, I never would have known there was a full size that would fit. | |The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and the washer and dryer are hard at work already.

Description of Work: I purchased appliances and they delivered it on time. Their pricing was excellent. There was a small issue that did arise, and they did resolve it instantaneously.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate to repair our broken dishwasher and ultimately we decided to buy a new one from them which they installed. They refunded half of service call to go toward new appliance and provided us with details of several rebates that were available.

Description of Work: Purchased appliances thru Yale, they were professional, held delivery until I was ready. Came to replace the water filter I was having a problem taking out. Now not a problem for me. They were responsive and professional. Will do business with them in the future.

Description of Work: They repaired my electric clothes dryer. It went well: they pointed out the cause of the problem and showed me how to prevent it in the future. They did not exaggerate the trouble so I would have to spend more. I just wish the service had cost less (but I understand companies must make profit.)

Description of Work: I had to order a new ice maker. I have been using them for many years and probably go into the store multiple times a month.

Description of Work: They came to repair ice maker and dishwasher. They advised that an expensive part was needed for ice maker. I ordered it, they installed but ice maker still doesn't work. I spent 228.00 and now need another expensive part for 7 yr old machine. The dishwasher quote to repair was 550.00. I opted to replace 7 year old machine. I was told I would hear about next step for ice maker but have not.

Description of Work: We purchased appliances for our new kitchen. Prices were wonderful - sale and rebates! Matt, our salesperson was very helpful. Yale held our purchase until we were ready to install (September). Will definitely shop there again and recommend!

Description of Work: Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher. It was installed and the original removed. They are always busy but now have a TV to watch as well as beepers to alert you to return to the front of the store when the appropriate sales person is available.The sales person was very helpful. He did not over sell a higher model. The delivery and installation team were great. They were careful with the old and new dishwashers and they installed new hoses and clamps as part of the delivery not an extra charge.
