Description of Work: Bought a new dishwasher. They had a good selection and helpful service. They delivered, removed the old one and installed the new one very quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: We had two draw fridges that were not staying cold. The person scheduling appointments was very professional. The first service man came to the house and diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered and the installation appointment scheduled before he left the house. The installation went smoothly. Both appointments began on time and the serviceman were terrific. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: We purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher and tons of lighting for our home upgrade. The sales staff is very helpful. They will match pricing when they can. On lighting the only downside is if they don't stock it there is a no return policy, so make sure you see it first before buying. Other websites allow for returns if you can't see what you want in their store front. Our stove door broke in the first 6 months. They were prompt in coming out and fixing the problem as part of our warranty contract.

Description of Work: I bought a washer and dryer in the store. I knew exactly what I wanted so the salesman didn't really have to do much, but everyone was helpful and responsive, delivery was on time, and installation went smoothly.

Description of Work: I couldn't get them to confirm if they even service my brand of washer/dryer combination even though I submitted if via their own website. They require an $89.00 fee just to make what they call a "Trip" fee. I'm not going to pay money up front when they can't even tell me if they're familiar with my make and model. Which is less than two years old. Sorry but you either know what the appliance is or you don't.

Description of Work: We bough all the kitchen appliance from Yale. They are fabulous, best customer service in town with no question. We had a mixed up in our dishwasher that was taken care of promptly. We even bought our lighting from Yale, though their selections were more limited but excellent customer service and price made us not to look in any other place. Our sales person Joe was fabulous too, he knew what he was doing and he went an extra mile to get us what we needed.

Description of Work: THE SALES PEOPLE ARE TOP NOTCH, THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR DUTIES, BUT THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT FULFILL THEIR PROMISES.
