Description of Work: They shoveled the snow off my roof. They did the major areas that we're worrying me-but they left more on one part of the roof than I thought they should I didn't see it until they were gone. They also left a large pile of snow in front of my garage-so I couldn't get to my car. They also left snow in front of my steps. Some people came to my house just as they were leaving and had to climb over the snow to get in the house. They also left the snow from the back piled high on my deck. I had to hire someone else to shovel all the snow out of my way. I know everyone was really working hard-but to not even clean off my steps-which were the only access to my house at the time.

+ 0 moreAt 11am on February 18th, I called James to confirm that a crew was still planning to come by and to determine a possible ETA. I was told that he and his crew were already in another area and would not be able to come for another 3 days. He did not apologize for the no-show and instead proceeded to tell me how much worse off others were, despite the increased leaking we've been experiencing from ice dams and the fact that he hasn't been to my home to see the damage himself. Very unprofessional, undependable. Would not consider working with this company in the future.
Description of Work: I called regarding ice and snow removal on February 16, 2015. James Richardson called me back within an hour and mentioned that he already had work scheduled in my area for February 18, 2015. We planned on commencing work that day.
