He came out to the house and gave an estimate, and we agreed that he would complete work in late December. We never heard from him again. When it began snowing at the end of January, the ice dam problem returned with a vengeance, making us wish that the heating cables had been installed as discussed. His work may be fine (we wouldn't know), but the fact that he failed to follow up on this job and never completed it means that we would be reluctant to hire him again.
Description of Work: Provided estimate for installing heating cables to mitigate ice dam issue, November-December, 2014.

Ken's practiced eye is much more valuable to me than having a seasonal crew from a big company come in and just hose down the gutters and go away. Ken has always been responsive and professional, and very reasonable in his fees.
Description of Work: I have used Tower Roofing for several years, not only to clean out my gutters in the fall, but to give the roof, eaves, gutters,etc. a thorough inspection and give me a heads-up on anything that needs attention heading into the winter months.

The person that did my roof 6 years ago didn't do a very good job and left the roofing extend over the guttering, so the water was going down the facia, instead. I had the roof redone over the porch, mudroom, and a dormer redone. They did a great job and I will recommend them.
Description of Work: I've had them replace different parts of an exsisting roof for 6 years.
