Very happy with the work.

We hired hired Scullane Construction to do a full gut of our upstairs bedrooms, as well as tearing down a wall downstairs for a more open concept living area, and widening the stairs. From start to finish, Dave and his team were excellent. We had open, closed loop communication with Dave throughout the entire project. He gave an honest assessment of our ideas, and was able to transform our home into something better than we imagined. Dave and his team were always prompt. Not only did he give an honest timeline for project completion, he finished ahead of schedule, AND on was on budget. Dave gave complete breakdown for all costs of the project : from new hardwood flooring, new larger bedroom windows, demo/cleanup. We would definitely work with Dave and the Scullane Construction team for any and all future projects.

Dave and his crew are top notch professionals. They take great pride in their work and I could not have been happier with the outcome. We did a half bath remodel plus had a number of other smaller projects completed (hung a heavy barn door, new banister, balusters, posts, trim, paint, etc.) Very competitive pricing, punctual, respectful and high quality work - could not asked for anything more. Will definitely hire again.

I have worked with the Scullane Brothers and a number of their crew members through the years . . . all have been knowledgeable, professional, timely, and very, very skilled. They know what they are doing, they *never* cheat the build, and building inspectors love them because they do everything RIGHT. I recommend them highly!

We scheduled Scullane Construction 5 months in advance-they we’re very busy! Working from home, it was comforting to see the work done from the ground up. David answered all questions with patience and offered alternative ideas and methods being sure we understood everything. We were so pleased, we referred Scullane Construction to a relative who used them to remodel a basement and home theatre that was damaged due to severe flooding. The family said the results were far better than the original!
