They were excellent. I had a septic pipe leak into my basement and garage. They came out immediately. They were professional and kind and fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable.

Satisfied with the job, would hire again.

My Spanish tenant (who swears toilets have wider drains in Europe) had stopped up TWO of the toilets in our condo. The second floor bathroom was flooded and water was dripping through the ceiling. Or at least that was the broken English story at 8am. I called New England Drain company, recounted my sketchy plugged up toilet story as a bit of an emergency, and they had a technician at the condo within two hours. I was able to unplug one with a plunger and a bit of dry heaving (there is not enough Purell in the world to do this job), but the first floor must have had a boot in it or something. In any case, they fixed everything in minutes, charged me a very reasonable fee, and guaranteed easy flushing for a week. I love them.

The whole experience was very good. This is the second time that I have used them. They answer the phone quickly and they come when they say they would. The technician, Jim, was friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 problems were resolved quickly.

For months I've been having "gurgling" sounds in all bathroom fixtures when taking a shower. I replaced a leaking pipe, and the plumber (my cousin, very reputable) did not find any blockages. But he said if it continued he'd call New England Drain Service. He told me they were honest and very good at what they do. His main caution: "Do NOT call RotoRooter, they will charge two or three times as much." Well, it happened yesterday in a new and alarming manner, Couldn't remember the name, so I called my cousin, who called me back and said they would be here within the hour. And they were. The technician (?) did a GREAT job and was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend these folks to anyone. Props to New England Drain Service.

CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS VERY CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND HOW TO PREVENT IT.

TIMELY APPEARANCE FOR THE JOB. SEEMED SOMEWHAT INCOMPETENT AND UNDER EQUIPPED FOR THE MISSION. OVERPRICED FOR JOB DONE (20 MINUTES). REAPPEARANCE OF THE PROBLEM WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY DID NOT SEAL THE MAIN PIPE CORRECTLY. NEEDED ADDITIONAL WORK BY CITY
