Description of Work: Repaired gutters and down spouts. This was a special offer that got a large number of responses so it took several months for them to schedule the work. Once scheduled they came as promised and did good work.

Description of Work: * Replaced 6 windows at my condo apt |* Bought a $1500 for 5 energy star double paned (double hung) windows coupon from Angies List and paid in full ($400) for the 6th window |* Windows were supposed to be ready in 6-8 weeks after measurement; however, they actually took 3 months to actually get them installed. Windows were ready way earlier (as per the customer service rep); however, because of the workload they couldn't get to my installation request. |* They responded to all my phone calls and messages on Angies List and I was in no hurry to get the replacements either - so, no harm done. |* The technician who came for installation was awesome! He replaced 6 windows, weatherproofed them, caulked them inside out within the span of 5-6 hrs. I was also given instructions / explanation of how to clean and maintain the windows. | |Conclusion : Very happy with the overall experience, would contact them again for replacing other windows.

Description of Work: I responded to an Angie's List deal to purchase gutter replacement from Mario roofing. Unfortunately Mario roofing was too busy to complete the work and subcontracted to work to Atlas roofing. Atlas roofing wad professional, helpful, courteous and did a professional job. The project was completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Installed new gutter with leaf shield screen along front of house. Company was very professional and courteous. The only problem we had was scheduling the installation date as I had been promised first week of October. I was told that they were back-logged as a result of the huge number of roof repairs and gutter repairs as a result of this past winters storms.

Description of Work: We're supposed to review my entire home for hail damage. Finally got them to come out, went through the whole house to point everything out, then he said his assesor would be in touch. Never heard back, no report produced by them on damage to submit to insurance company. Sent several emails never heard back. I threw away 69.00

Description of Work: I see that Marios has a new building in Stoughton, yet I still have no gutters

Description of Work: They installed gutters on our home. They were very professional and did a great job!

Description of Work: The gutter on the back of the house fell down due to ice dams last winter. I hired Mario's on 4/19/15 to replace the gutter, repair the aluminum behind the gutter and install a leafguard on the new gutter. I was told it would be 2 weeks or so. After a month I called them and got the runaround, that they were swamped, my contact Tim Cruise said he didn't schedule the work, but he'd have that person call me. That never happened. I continued to call every 3 or 4 weeks. Finally in July after complaining that my gutter was half hanging down they sent someone to cut the hanging piece off. Mid August someone showed up to make the seamless gutter (no prior call to let us know). He made the gutter and left it on the lawn blocking our fence door. After 8 days we called to ask when it was going to be installed, as it was going to get damaged sitting on the lawn. On 8/27/2015 they came to install the gutter. I held payment waiting on an invoice and confirmation that all work was done. It didn't look like the leafguard was put on. On 9/30/15 I found out that they didn't do the leafguard. Chris Willis told me he'd send out a crew the next day to put on the leafguard and leave me an invoice. If they weren't going to do the work for months and had been clear up front I would have gone with another company. But to string me along with no feedback on when the work would be done was unprofessional. Why I was told 2 weeks was beyond me. It looks like their work was good, but the hassle in dealing with them was not worth it. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: When I called them, they said that someone will get back to me in a couple of days and that was about 3 weeks ago.

Description of Work: They do not respond to my calls. I put down a 10% down payment 4 months ago and nothing has happened. Very poor service!
