 + 0 moreMajor issues with company has been lack of responsiveness to property management company requests and specifications in contract. Several complaints have been received from unit owners as to workers’ interactions with them. This year, they have chosen not to adhere to the MA Executive Order to wear masks. Lastly, when there is an issue, they are almost always unwilling to accept responsibility.

Description of Work: I arranged a consultation for landscaping, however, no one showed at the appointed time or called to explain their absence. I called and left a message to perhaps arrange an alternative date approx 48 hours after the no show...two weeks later and no call back.

 + -1 morePunctual for the initial appointment and promised an estimate in a few days, but never followed through.
Description of Work: They came as scheduled to give me an estimate for regular lawn mowing, as well as paving an area and clean up of leaves. They never gave me the estimate, despite 2 follow up phone calls from me requesting the information promised. My phone calls were never returned.

 + -1 moreFRANK WALSH LANDSCAPING DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE QUICK, NEAT, AND THOROUGH. THEY WENT BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED THEM TO DO, AND THE WORKERS WERE PLEASANT.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME AND CUT MY GRASS. THEY ALSO WEEDED AND TRIMMED MY FRONT AND BACK YARD.

 + -1 moreI FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE VERY RELIABLE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM HIRING THEM AGAIN IF THE NEED OCCURRED.
Description of Work: I HIRED THEM TO MOW MY LAWN AND TRIM ALL BED EDGES. THEY ALSO WEEDED AND TOOK ALL GRASS CLIPPINGS WITH THEM.
