Forced air was great! I called on a Sunday and spoke with someone immediately and within 10 minutes the tech had called me to say he had 2 other jobs but would call at lunch with a better estimate. He did just that and was there shortly after. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous and did a nice job explaining the problem and the options we had. We decided to wait until Monday morning to get the part replaced. Once again he said he would call me at 7:30 and they did just that. I then got a text confirmation with the scheduled time and another text so I could track the tech on his way to the house. They even wore booties in the house. I was very impressed with every interaction.

Strong burning smell was coming from heating system early New Years Day. Called around trying to get someone to come check out the system without much luck. James not only returned my call but scheduled to come out later that day to check the system. He arrived on time and was able to access the system quickly. He needed a part that he didn't have in his truck and also wanted to check out the warranty situation since the home is less than 2 years old. He went above and beyond to address the issue and get the system back up and running in a timely fashion. Customer service goes a long way and he now has a customer for life.

I could not be happier with the furnace and the professional installation. Crew arrive on time and did a great job. Coordination between Forced Air Systems, the plumber and electrian was flawless. I plan to hire Forced Air Systems again in the Spring to install central air.

Excellent!!! I actually called 4 placed early this week. None of them called me back. I called Forced Air Systems last night around 6pm and they called me by 9am this morning. Said they would be here today between 12-2 and they showed up right on time. Anthony Bobeck was very professional and know exactly what was wrong. He was in and out of here in 50 minutes.... Tops. Should I ever need HVAC again I will 100% call them and ask for Anthony to do the service. Lastly, I am in the construction industry so I am even tougher on grading.

Forced Air had done a few service calls for my heating and A/C units, but the big job came last month when our furnace quit. Jack was very quick in finding a solution that would allow us to get an energy efficient furnace (there was concern about how to do the ventilation, but he found a way that did not involve coring through cement which would have added to the cost). Since we were getting the furnace replaced we also decided to go ahead and install the steam humidifier that we had purchased from another HVAC service provider (who had not installed it correctly). Jack and his team were always professional, and the work was done in 3 days. I also spoke with the plumber and electrician who came by to do their piece of the work and they had nothing but high praise for Jack and the team at Forced Air. Jack makes sure that the work is done right and he came by after everything was installed to go over the systems with me. We won't be using anyone else!

I called and left a message last night and got a call back at 7:00 AM this morning. They were in my house by 10:00 and in less then an hour diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Excellent, professional service. I highly recommend them.

This company is on the ball! Friendly, timely and professional communication all around (thank you Debbie!). They called me back right away and had a great text service that let me know exactly who my service technician would be, but also a map of where he was and his ETA for arrival! Whatever they pay for that service, it's well worth it and shows they care about a quality experience. The tech (Mike) was courteous and got right into trying to troubleshoot the problem. He had the right tools, and patience to allow me to be the "hover-over-shoulder annoying customer". He found a very tricky problem with a short in the electrical system which I wouldn't have found in a million years. To top this all off, they arrived the same day I called and repaired in under an hour! The price was fair and reasonable and I'm happy to have found a local company I can trust. Highly recommended!

Incredibly, Mr. Gorman got here within 30 minutes of my call saying we had no heat. He figured out the problem, fixed it, and also helped us get a handle on some related HVAC issues. Extremely nice gentleman, knows his stuff backwards and forwards.

The work was done quickly and went fine. Since the motor was replaced, the system is more efficient, is working better and is pushingout A/C to areas of the house that previously were barely receiving any air. This has been a great improvement inthe way the house cools and I am sure that it will help with heating this winter. I would and have recommended Forced Air to neighbors within my condo complex.

The job was done quickly and the system no longer shacked when blower was on. When I had an issue in the summer with the central AC operation they promptly came back and fixed a loose relay connection at no extra charge. They were very professional and friendly.They returned all my calls promptly and their price was very competitive. I recommend this company for all heating and cooling systems work.

Service was professional, thorough and friendly from scheduling to completion. We really enjoy the service this small company provides ~ it's always an positive experience.

Went fine. They had to locate the hose thru a dealer because my furnace was not a standard furnace. First trip was to reconnect the old hose until the new hose could be purchased. Second trip was to replace old hose, condensation pump and leavy PVC joints.

A great experience. I arrived home Thursday evening to find that my A/C was only producing warm air. I left a message after hours and received a call the next day by 9:00 AM. I explained my situation to Jack. He reviewed his pricing structure and stated that he was in the area and would be on site within 15 minutes. He showed up as promised. I appreciated that he showed me the damaged part, explained what the part does, and suggested two repair solutions. Lest I forget, Jack took care of a number of troublesome bees that had taken residence in a few locations on my deck. Obviously, not part of his job description, but much appreciated. I plan to contact Forced Air Systems for my future maintenance and repair needs. I have already recommended him to a neighbor.

Called on a Wednesday to schedule time to have my Furnace cleaned and checked. They came that day! Steve, the tech, was amazing. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, took all of my concerns seriously, and fixed what another company said was unfixable without major construction.

I found this company to be professional: communicative, friendly, and courteous. As this A/C outage occurred during a heat wave, I was very pleased that Jack came out right away, and attended to the job promptly and efficiently. When writing out the invoice, the technician even called to double check the supplier's invoice as the part price seemed high to him (it was an expensive part that's been replaced before). I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to another homeowner.

JACK, THE OWNER, AND AN ASSISTANT CAME THE SAME MORNING I CALLED. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY FRIENDLIER OR MORE PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT WAS PROBABLY WRONG (OUR PREDECESSORS INSTALLED A CHEAPO THERMOSTAT) AND FIXED IT IN UNDER AN HOUR. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THIS WASN''T THE LOWEST QUOTE, BUT IT WAS THE LOWEST QUOTE TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS. A QUOTE LAST YEAR FROM SEARS WAS $4300- WITHOUT THE ADDITIONAL DUCT WORK. JACK, OWNER, IS TRYING TO BUILD HIS LOCAL RESIDENTIAL BUSINESS.
