Nothing but bad to say, he took 3 weeks to write up an appraisal and appraised it as a single family with in law when we have legal prove from building department, assessors department, and the town records basically saying itâ s a two family and he still chose to do the opposite. Ruining our deal and basically sabotaging it.

I called Bill Larkin on a Thursday and he meet me at the house two days later (Saturday). He arrived on time and was very professional to deal with. I had the appraisal within a week. I was very pleased with the service received and would recommend him to anyone in need of an appraisal.
