Charlie was a quintessential professional. His knowledge is obviously vast; he answered many questions, taught me a great deal about my home's heating and cooling system, and did the work quickly, carefully, and punctually. He is also an interesting conversationalist. I was very pleased with his service and intend to hire him next year to replace our boiler.

System appeared to be working but Charles educated me on things to look for hat could cause a problem. I also appreciated his call when he was running late.

He was recommended, I called him, he actually answered the phone himself and he responded the same day...actually after hours, which I was impressed with. He did some troubleshooting and determined what the problem was and remedied it within an hour. No parts were necessary so it cost me only the price of the service call.
