I have used Appel Electric many times before. They were punctual, extremely nice and did a great job. My only issue came with the cost. Over $80 per hour, per man. After doing a little research, I have found that rate to be excessive and as great as their service has been, will look for someone whose pricing is more in line with the average.

Ken did a great job completing the work needed in my basement bedroom. He added 4 new LED recessed lights, added a new light to the bedroom closet, 2 light switches, and added an extra outlet that was needed in the bedroom. He was on time, very professional and left the area clean when the work was completed. I will use him again for any future electrical work that I need done.

Ken arrived on time and once he identified the issue he was quick to fix the problem. He explained that other outlets in the home may have the same problem and we set an appointment to survey all the outlets and switches in the house to make sure there would be no further issues. I will review again once all the work has been completed. Ken's crew came back to survey all the outlets and switches in the house. They were on time and professional and completed all the work in one day. They also installed 3 smoke alarm/carbon monoxide alarm. I recommend Appel Electric and will use them again for any future work.

They arrived on time, and completely explained the procedures they would be doing. Consulted me when any questions arised from placement of the unit to additional work recommended that wasn't expected. I have had and quot;unexpectedand quot; needed work done by other companies and billed after with no explanation. The Appel workman were very curteous and extremely conscientious with cleaning when they were finished.

He explained what he needed to do to fix it and what caused the problem initially. He is a good educator, and thorougly explained and measured for an estimate on gutter and downspout heating. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist a new homeowner. He was very good and worked quickly. I would highly recommend him.

We have used them before. The quality of their work is excellent. They clean up after themselves too. Their estimates have always been equal or less than the other estimates that we’ve gotten. They are very fairly priced. I always recommend Appel Electric Co. to my friends.

He dropped a wire from the current outlet, moved, and drilled a hole to bring the wire up. They did a great job, and it worked well. They do not charge all that much, and they are very responsive. In the course of rewiring the outlet, his men created a tiny run in the rug. He took care of that by making a return trip for free, which resolved the issue as far as we were concerned. He deals with all problems right away. He is a good guy to work with, and he is honest and stands behind his work. They know what they are doing, and I have been very happy with him.

For appliance sales, I guess you could say that this is just the place I like to go. They charge you reasonably I think and the service there is pretty good if you need help with anything. That s where we'll most likely be going in the future to buy all of our appliances and larger stuff.

This was a very big job and he did a great job. I was impressed with the quality of his work and at how fast he was able to respond to me. He was professional as well. They were pretty good. I didn't get estimates because it was an emergency, but I thought the price was reasonable.
