From the beginning, Julie was a pleasure to work with. She came to the house with a great selection of materials and helped us with our difficult decision.

Julie met with us at least three times at our home to review materials and design ideas (pillow fabric, drapes, and hardware). She installed everything herself on a fourth visit. Julie was patient in the design phase, taking time to understand our vision and taste, and not trying to substitute her own. At the same time, she was very clear when she thought we were going in the wrong direction. She had many suggestions, but did not try to steer our choices. We changed our minds several times and she was ok with that. She gave us plenty of choices, custom ordered additional books of swatches based on our requests, and was generally wonderful to work with. Once choices were made Julie went off and created the pillows, drapes and shades. She kept us apprised of the progress throughout. When she was done with them, she arranged a time to come in and deliver the pillows and install the window treatments. She did all the work herself. She was prompt, neat, careful and the results are amazing. She completely transformed the space. We love it. While the work was not inexpensive, it seemed a bargain given all the careful attention and repeat visits to get the design right. I'd hire Julie again in a heartbeat. In addition to all the talent, she is wonderful to work with from a personal perspective.
