I admittedly don't like working with most home improvement vendors and can be pretty critical. But I LOVE Tony's Tile, where superb customer service is a well-practiced art. My husband and I recently tackled finding tile (x3 bathrooms - x1 to go!) and stacked stone (x2 fireplaces) for an entire house so not trivial. Working with Tony's -- and with Kerry specifically -- has made it all seem doable without compromising on style (and easier than doing a single bathroom with "another tile place in Danvers"). What's more, it's great that many of the items are in stock so it's quick to get started and feasible to return surplus. I will post pics when the job is (well) done! Love Tony's Tile. Especially love Kerri.

The customer service experience with this company was horrible. We went through a retail company and paid extra to have it delivered to the house. We wanted the company to call us upon arrival so that the large pallet wouldn't just be sitting out in the driveway. Well the pallet was delivered and was sitting in the rain outside. Thousands of dollars. I called the company to see why there was a forged signature on my copy even though THEIR policy states we must inspect the tile upon receipt. I was so upset that the woman we talked to could care less "well I'm sorry I cannot help you, just keep it covered outside" was her response to everything. I called the retail company as well to let them know about the kind of at home delivery service their customers were paying for.

We went into the showroom knowing nothing and having only some general ideas of what we wanted. The sales associate that helped us, Kerry, made some great suggestions and helped us work out exactly what we were looking for. They have a great selection of all types of tile. We left there with a list of the tiles we selected as well as a sketch that we could give to our contractor. We didn't end up visiting any other tile places as were happy with the service we received here. We may have been able to do it more inexpensively if we had shopped around, but I am very happy with quality of the tile.

Excellent customer service. Spent time with the sales man who layed out the design on the floor, after I left having placed the order, he called me while I was still driving home to tell me the instock material was not available. By the time I reached home he had emailed me alternatives including pictures and won me over as a customer.

We never purchased granite counter tops before so we shopped around and got 3 prices. All the prices were very close to each other, so we picked the company that had the best of the Blue Pearl granite that we were looking for. We found a significant difference in the colors of the slabs, in the different warehouses we visited, from primarily deep blue to gray. We selected Tony's because they seem to have the bluest slabs. They sent someone out the same day to measure the counter tops and they installed less than a week later. They did not require us to remove the existing counters in order to do the template (the other 2 contractors told us that we would have to remove the existing counters before templating, and that we would be without counter tops and sinks for 10 to 14 days). They came on the day they promised and installed the countertops. One of the counter tops was kind of complicated. It had a 30" wide island with an ell extending off one end. It came out great!
