Fantastic to work with. I requested 3 estimates from 3 different companies on AngiesList. Bob came in the middle but did the same level of work as the most expensive, and 2X as much as the cheapest. I spoke with Bob about my concerns about a bit of an over-engineered section, and he worked with me to get within the budget I was trying to work within while not losing coverage. He completed the entire installation in 1.5 days, and could have done it in 1 had it not been ridiculously hot. He also took me through the entire system and zone head by head and discussed settings, adjustments, and a detailed explanation of changes if I needed to make any. He also said that he would be more than willing to come out and adjust it if anything seemed off.

Bob was arrived on time and got to work right away. Because he had assessed the work over the phone with emailed pictures, he was quick to repair all the problems. He was also very informative answering a few of my questions since I had just recently moved into the house.

We went through a lot of back and forth coordinating schedule with the builder's plumber and Bob was always understanding and responsive. He did a great job and when we wanted to a minor change in the location of the sprinklers he did it right away without asking any questions etc. We plan to use him for maintenance.

The experience went well. I had The Sprinkler Doctor winterize my irrigation system in October and asked that he replace a sprinkler head at that time. He winterized the system in late October and then returned in early December to replace the sprinkler head and bury the piping. Billed me a short time later for both services. No problems along the way.

Working with Bob was a great experience. He responded to my email within a few hours, and gave his cell and home number. There were two challenges in my situation: (1) I had no idea where the sprinkler heads were, as I had just bought the house! and (2) we had just received several inches of snow, uncommonly early. Bob handled the job great! Very friendly and professional. I'll definitely call the Sprinkler Doctor again in the spring!

We had had an astronomical water bill when we moved into the house a year ago so knew we had a leak in the soaker hose system so hadn't used the soaker hose system at all this summer and finally got around to calling the Sprinkler Doctor. I wish I had called him sooner! He was so knowledgeable about sprinkler systems, gave me advice on what kind of sprinkler heads to buy in the future, gave advice on where to add sprinkler heads should we decide to dig out the control box under the patio, and was very efficient. I would definitely hire him again. His price seemed very reasonable.

They were very responsive and contacted me the same day I sent them an Angie's list request. They were very accommodating and came out the next day to view my job and give me a quote. They emailed a quote within 3 days and also mailed me a paper copy. I would have definitely used them, but they did not perform all the services I was interested in and I wanted one company to do it all. They did provide me a recommendation on another vendor who could perform the services they did not cover. Overall very knowledgeable and friendly.

It went extremely well. Bob came out in June to assess the situation and see if it was something he could solve. He spent about an hour with me going through the system, replicating the problems we were encountering. He had some clear ideas about ways we could solve the problem. He came back and did the job in a day (with a partner). I was very skeptical that this problem could be resolved and was so pleasantly surprised that Bob could do it. He's our go-to guy now!

They were great. I thought they were really good. The owner was really a nice guy and was easy to work with. They came in and did the job in about a half a day and you couldn’t even tell that they’d been there. It looked just like it looked before they got there. Everything worked great so far. I was really amazed and they did a good job. They did some extra things that weren’t part of the quote; so they didn’t need to charge me for them. I was very happy and I will definitely use them again.

I was having seious issues with an old irrigation system. I had 2 other big companies come out for estimates. One of them attempted to fix several fractured water lines in my system but couldn't get it right. I spent almost $1,000 with that company. I called the Sprinkler Doctor. He came out the same afternoon & proceeded to spend almost 2.5 hours diagnosing and fixing every single issue. No frills, no drama, just solid and competent service. In addition, the other company suggested a completely new system that would have cost 3-4K. The Sprinkler Doctor thought that my current system could be managed and repaired as needed for years to come for a fraction of that price.
