Quality Landscaping

After a delay in getting the quote, Wayne listened to my concerns and the water problem we we trying to solve, he immediately presented options (options that only a true pro could provide based on his experience), then the work was done very quickly, as scoped out in advance, and on budget. Wayne was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend him. He installed pavers for a walkway for us about 12 years ago and the workmanship has proven itself over time, still looks great.

We had a great experience with Quality Landscapers. Wayne was quick to call me in response to my request for a quote. He was able to come out in a few days to view the potential jobs. We did not have specific ideas, just knew that we needed a path, a wall, etc. but Wayne was easily able to come up with a vision and recommend the type of pavers, etc. that would work in our yard. Quality Landscaping was the second company we had quote these jobs, as they not only gave us a a better price than the first company but after meeting and talking with Wayne we felt very comfortable that they would do a good job. We were not disappointed, they got all 3 items done in one day then following week. The work looks great, better than I imagined! They did a quality job and I would not hesitate to recommend them!

The old wall and steps were made of railroad ties. Wayne came to my home and gave me many options on what I could do. I knew I wanted stone, but I did not realize all the different ways the wall could be built. He was patient with all my questions and even had pictures to help me to visualize the differences. Once the decision was made to complete the project, they were at my house when they said they would be and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. They even re seeded around the wall and steps where a small patch of grass was disturbed. I will definitely use their services again!!

We got 5 quotes for our backyard patio project. Wayne was not the highest and not the lowest. We choose him as he seemed the most knowledgeable and professional of all the folks we spoke with. We wanted a new patio with retaining wall (to even some uneven areas of our yard). The work was done in a timely fashion and they did a great job cleaning up and repairing our lawn which was disturbed by all the work. Along the way the crew thought they curved edge we discussed looked odd, so they called us out to discuss. They were right. They have done enough jobs to know what works and what does not and are dedicated to making customers happy. They even threw in a few things that came up along the way without charging us (removing a concrete stair that could not be repaired and burying a drainage pipe that was too close to the surface). I am often hard to please, but will say they did a terrific job and we will surely use them again for future projects. We are happy with the work done and feel like it was a fair price.

Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the work. Wayne explained all the things they needed to do on the lawn, how the irriation system works, showed me the head units and why he chose that brand, and overall was thorough and knowledgable. if the tree guys hadn't have left the backyard as messy as it was the price would have been even cheaper. The guys showed up on time every day and worked the whole time they were there. I believe the crew was about 5 guys and as mentioned they all worked hard. Wayne was onsite himself getting his hands dirty as well. Overall we were very pleased and would highly recommend Quality Landscaping.

Wayne and crew did a fantastic job. Once scheduled, they did the work very quickly, in just two days. Very professional, very pleasant to work with. I don't know much about landscaping, but Wayne walked me through it, addressed all concerns, made a number of helpful suggestions and gave fantastic customer service. You get exactly what you ask for and more - my yard now looks fantastic, and I have the confidence that if I need any help or have questions, they will be there to help.If you are doing a big landscaping, I urge you to use his business partner Rachel Cross as well. She's the landscape designer/architect and will be with you every step of the way during the process - pre install, install and post-install. When you use her, she sort of becomes the director of the project. We wanted something distinctive but "idiot proof." Rachel put a great design together in our budget parameters. She will show you with a computer program using pictures of your house what your plan will look like ahead of time. She's also on site during the install, and, if you want, will give you tutorials for how to care for everything now and in the future (which was one of my big worries). It's an extra $300 to have her as part of the deal, but definitely do it, she's fabulous and very responsive (particularly helpful when Wayne is out doing other jobs). These guys are fantastic to work with, can't recommend them highly enough. Loving my new landscape, they went above and beyond through the entire process.

My Wife and I hired Wayne at Quality Landscaping Inc. to install a patio in our backyard as well as field stone retaining wall. We met with 4 contractors and Wayne was by far the most responsive, punctual, and fairly priced. He was patient and an effective communicator. His crew were complete professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly and correctly the first time. The craftsmanship was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased with the end reuslt. I would definitely hire Wayne again, and would recommend him friends family and the Angies List community.
