 + 0 moreFrank just finished our bathroom remodel and he built us a front entryway closet as well. Very professional- good communicator, always on time and managed to keep things as clean as possible while doing work. His coworker Matt is a fantastic painter. His estimate was spot on with what we ended up paying. He runs every single decision by you so there are no surprises. He will give you both the cheaper and more expensive options and let you choose ("I can do whatever you want!" is always what he would say to us). Respectful of COVID19 guidelines. My husband found additional odd projects around the house that he gladly helped us with, which was very sweet of him. And he's great with dogs. :-)

Description of Work: A huge thank you to Frank, proprietor of O'Brien Construction, and his colleague, Matt. The entire landing to our deck, sheds, and shed doors were in decay and needed repair. Frank did an outstanding job making suggestions as to types of material to use and a design that we would be happy with installing. We are absolutely very pleased with their work, work ethic and professionalism. We highly recommend O'Brien Construction of Stoneham, MA and would again hire Frank and his colleague in the future.  + 2 moreThis is the second time we hired Frank, and we would certainly hire him again. Him and his team completely gutted and remodeled the upstairs unit in our two-family home. The home is over 100 years old, but the unit looks brand new! Frank is punctual, responsive, and committed to quality. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We hired Frank as general contractor for an attic conversion in our 1958 Cape style home. Frank was really a pleasure to work with, and I always felt comfortable with him and his subcontractors in our home. We are very pleased with our two new bedrooms and the quality work Mr. O'Brien did in our home.

 + -1 moreThey were pretty good. They did the work for the price they quoted. They put a big roof in a day including a complete tear off and it went well. I was very pleased with the job. I had a couple of things I'd asked them to come back look at and they came back and took care of it without any complaints or issues. I think they did a great job.
