Marco was great to work with and a really good guy too. He accommodated our schedules by meeting with us on weekends which was very helpful. He addressed all the extra jobs I added on to the project whether big or small. His pricing was good for what he provided and he did not nickel and dime on all the little extras which I appreciated. He was very detail oriented and his subs did a great job and left the job site clean and clutter free. The floor tiling was especially nice! We would definitely use him again in the future!

Marco was communicative, punctual, and professional. He provided a fair, itemized estimate via email after walking around the house with me and discussing in detail the work that we needed done. I ended up getting a lower offer from a family friend, but would definitely call him if we needed work done in the future. Approximate cost $20,000.00.

I found Marco through Angie's list and contacted him through the Angie's List messaging service. He came the next day and spent about a half an hour looking at the bathroom floor from above and below (in the basement). He concluded that there was no rotting at all, and that the tile installing contractor probably just didn't want the job. "This happens all the time. Guys make things up to get out of doing a job. I've heard every excuse in the book." Marco contacted his own preferred tile installer, who offered to come the following week to put the tile in. In the meantime, the original contractor (who had already been paid for the job) sent a different tile installer who finished the job. Marco was a pleasure to deal with. He'll be at the top of my list for my next home improvement project.

All the things that they did, they did well.

We had several contractors come out to bid on this work, and we asked them how they would proceed. Marco's estimate was higher than the rest, but the overall vision he had was also far more extensive. Judging by his portfolio, he seemed more than capable of realizing his creative vision. He was so sweet and great at getting back to us. It took me a little while to get back to him, and he was very professional about it. We didn't wind up getting the work done, and he was still very nice about that. He kept good contact and his portfolio was impressive.

This was an amazing team of workers. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, non-intrusive, friendly and went that extra mile to do little things that really made a difference. I needed screen doors for french doors in the back and that was a challenge. Marco would not give up until the perfect screen doors were installed and worked perfectly. He has an eye for perfection and that is what you want in service. Highly recommended.

I kept Marco abreast of the progress of the house purchase. About five weeks before closing (a Friday), I called him and asked when he could start. He said he thought he would be able to start on the Monday or Tuesday after closing, but it might possibly not be until Wednesday. I though great, he'll probably get there that week. He and the crew were there Monday! Typical Marco- a master scheduler. This entire job took 7-8 weeks, and during that entire time I can't think of a day when his crew and/or his subcontractors weren't on the job. He clearly has an good relationship with his subs- they were always there when needed, often on Saturdays and even on Sundays. The job was on a tight budget to begin with, and ran into some major unexpected expenses. Marco understood my financial position, and he and his crew knew how to maintain a decent level of quality but still move at high speed. When the unexpected expenses appeared, he still kept costs down. Is the level of finish perfect in all the details? No- but I got a whole lot for the money. I've no doubt that if I had the money, and asked for really clean finish work, they would deliver that at an excellent price. . I do know that all the guts of the house are very good quality- wiring, plumbing, insulation etc- you don't want to cut corners on these, and Marco would never would. Several times when I was leaning toward some cheaper option, Marco would advise against it so I would end up having to redo it in 5 or 10 years- excellent advise. I counted on Marco to handle a lot of decisions that most home owners make themselves- lighting fixtures, paint and tile choices, etc. So many times I'd be at work worrying about what something was going to look like next time I was there; then when I did get there, I'd think, Oh! that looks great! Letting him make the choices allowed him to get good materials at the right price. You can trust Marco to treat everyone fairly- you, his crew, and his subcontractors. When everyone happy, the job speeds along, and the cost is kept down. Count yourself lucky if you have him on your next job.

The kitchen was demolished to the outside of the house walls. Post and beam construction was reinforced with framing, then insulation and wallboard. The floor was reinforced from the cellar to support the new hardwood flooring properly. All plumbing and electrical was installed. The complete interior was patched, painted, and every detail was brought up to perfection. Cabinets and appliances were installed, appliances were wired, plumbed, checked for proper function. Every idiosyncrasy in the layout of the kitchen was dealt with and overcome. Attention to detail was Outstanding. The crew was absolutely competent in every area, meticulous, timely, and pleasant, totally cared about the quality of the work they were doing.

I would not normally take the time to write about a project that I had done but your work was far above my expectations and your pricing was very competitive. Again, I appreciate your work and the commitment to your job it is appreciated by me and my family, Thank you and you will be the first on my list to contact for our next project and reference to my family and friends.

Marco spent a good hour at each house with me, one in Watham the other in East Boston. He was very helpful and I learned a great deal. You don't have to be around this fellow long to know he is an honest guy. When we were all done, I asked him what I owed him, and to my surprise he said nothing! He will be the first person I contact for remodeling when I finally find a place.

I never even saw them because they did the work while I was at work. We didn’t have any issues and the work was done well as far as I know. The price seemed fine. I had some follow-up questions but I never heard back from the company after I called.

During the period of construction, I never had major problems; they show up Monday to Sat, even on Sundays to get the project on time as it was on schedule. Very quality work, very clean job, very professional crew. Very honest Guy no bad surprises after sign the contract. Very good quality of supplies. I have to say I'm very lucky guy. They finish my house in 7months, unbelivable.

Marco was a true professional. He did a wonderful job. He used the best materials ( I was told by another builder), finished on time, and left the job site clean. After the initial estimate when I made the commitment to use him, the beams were exposed, and the scope of the project changed. There was much more work to be done, and he still managed to work in the time frame and do a wonderful job.
