Description of Work: No complaints on quality of work, but you pay by the hour and with 2 people for one hour is considered 2 hours....just know this when planning for 4 hrs. of cleaning is really 2 hrs. with 2 people. I had to pay extra as they were not able to finish in the time allotted. Work was thorough and very good!!!

They also straightened up each room, and spent a lot of time cleaning the furniture which had a significant amount of pet fur. I've already discussed setting up a monthly cleaning, I am very pleased with their work.
Description of Work: I tried IMA cleaning based on an Angie's list deal for 4 hours of cleaning (2 people for 2 hours). They needed 1 more hour but cleaned the kitchen, 1.75 baths, the living room, 2 bedrooms and a small den.

 + -1 moreWe had them clean 2 bathrooms (one is a half bath), the kitchen, living room and dining room, hallway carpets and stairs. Three people showed up and went to town on the areas to be cleaned. They did a wonderful job! They were very thorough. Our house has sparkled like this in quite a while. They were very polite and even stayed a bit longer than what was paid for. We spoke to them after they had finished and decided to have them come in once a month. I would highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreThey were an hour late, although we had confirmed the specific time (as a result of my e-mailing them) the day before. They did not have my phone number (because they had not requested it) to enable them to call and let me know they'd be late. But there was a lot of snow that day and I was glad they managed to get here. Two people came, as promised, and cleaned for two hours, also as promised. They were very pleasant and did a thorough job. They did the work we agreed on. It took longer than it should take in the future because the house had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. I have not yet decided whether to use them on a continuing basis.
Description of Work: Cleaned most of my house -- two floors, two bathrooms, kitchen, three bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

No complaint about staying longer. I did not feel they skipped over anything major and my house looked amazing! Great personality, fair prices, great work...what more could you ask for?! The husband of the team also has a construction business. I will definitely be calling them for an estimate when we redo our 1st floor in the spring as well as anytime we need house cleaning in the future!
