Great. While we had contacted him to install the water heather, Chuck found the issue with the expansion tank and explained clearly the potential problems that would create if left untreated, we decided to let him fix that as well. He was very responsive and worked well in my tight schedule. I would use him again.

as always, I tell him the problem and he fixes it.

The company arrived on time . the job was finished the same day. no problems. Very little interruption in household routine.

We had a valve go bad on our boiler. It had stopped circulating water and that caused the pipes to freeze and burst. Unfortunately we were out of the house all day and came home at 8:30 on Sunday evening to see water gushing out the radiator in our entry foyer. I called Elite Plumbing and fortunately they had just come off one job and told me they could be to my place in ten minutes. Arrived right on time and surveyed the situation. Initially he tried to turn the zone off and come back on Monday so he would only have to charge me his normal rate. Unfortunately the way the system was designed the work had to be done immediately. He then proceeded to repair the pipe. With each fixed pipe a new leak presented itself until four sections were replaced. This required him to tear into the drywall. The job was done for the night right at midnight. In order to save me money he suggested that he repair the valve on the boiler in the morning so he could charge me the normal rate instead of the overtime rate. I agreed. He came back the next day right on time, fixed the valve and everything has been fine since. At my request he helped me find the shut-off valves for the outdoor taps. One needed a replacement valve as it was leaking slightly. He took care of that free of charge. Even though it was an unexpected expense I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism of the Elite workers. If I need work I will definitely contact them again.

Chuck showed up on time and quickly tested the radiator and moved it to the second floor bedroom for the installation. He worked quickly and consulted with my wife on the final positioning of the radiator. We were both very happy with the work Elite completed.

I contacted Elite at 2:00 and Chuck was out the house by 5:00 the same day, He was able to diagnose the issue and then have someone in to fix it within an hour of his visit. It was a clog in the main drain to the house that had to be snaked. It was complicated because they had to access the drain through the roof. The individual that snaked the drain was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and explained things so we could understand them. He was quick to get the work done and by 7:00 we good to go!

My heater failed on a Saturday night. Chuck took my call and walked me through getting the heater secured. He came out Monday morning (though he offered to come out that night) and replaced the water heater. It took him and another worker less than 1.5 hours. The room was left clean and dry.

Chuck came over early on a Saturday (2 days after the heater died) to do the install. He removed the old water heated and provided us with a brand new 55 gallon heater with a 10 year guarantee. He took about 3 hours to do the install and let the work area nice and clean. A great job overall.

In mid November the old hot water heated on our newly purchased house stopped producing hot water. Elite Plumbings' Chuck was over the house the next morning before work to diagnose the problem. After a quick discussion we both agreed that a new hot water heater was the way to go. He ordered it and came out on a Saturday to do the install.
