Description of Work: The people in the showroom, the person, who did the estimates, and the workers were all fantastic! I had a new fence put in and everything went according to plan. I had a couple of special requests after the job was completed and I had no problem getting satisfaction. I also had a mail box post put in and it's a step up from any other product. They use a full sized fence post for the mailbox and it is buried three feet down! I am extremely satisfied!

Description of Work: They removed and installed @292' of 6' stockade fence. I got three quotas they were the best, Al the salesman was straight forward with me on price and timing. they showed up on the agreed day and did the job and man it was cold but they did a great job I would use them again in a heart beat.

Description of Work: I was tasked with providing a variety of quotes for approx. 100' of stockade fencing for my condo association's shared backyard. Cleveland Fencing was the best quote for the highest quality of fencing we wanted. The installation took one day and was completed with no issues. Our sales person, and everyone else who worked with us for scheduling and billing, were lovely to deal with. We would absolutely use them again - the fencing in our backyard looks awesome!

Description of Work: We had been in our home for 36 years without any fencing, but lost our two 10 year old dogs to coyotes in Nov. 2011. A year later, we decided to have fencing installed to keep our new pup from escaping and to deter coyotes from entering our yard. We were lucky and only needed to butt up fencing to neighbors fences which kept the cost down. After a few calls, (they have different hours in the winter) an appointment was made and Cleveland employee came out, measured and several days later sent us an estimate via email. |They gave us a reasonable quote for black 6 ft. chain link with double gates to the back of our property and 4 ft. chain link with two gates on either side of the house. Our daughter called them and upgraded the fencing by the house to white cedar with a gate on either side of our house. The fence was scheduled for sometime after Christmas and the weather was brutally cold. It was installed in several visits, due to posts needing to set in cement. They were great, worked fast and were creative, when installing sections over a rock wall and by a patio with a pergola so that the dog couldn't escape. I would recommend them and use them again.

 + -1 moreA crew of 2 guys arrived and were able to install the 180 foot fence in a little over 2 days. They asked me exactly where I wanted the fence to be placed and advised of any difficulties that might arise due to where the fence would be and how to overcome them. They had to move some dirt to do the installation and piled it in a convenient location for me. The installation went smoothly and I haven't not had a problem with the fence since it was installed. They easily beat 2 other bids for the job.
Description of Work: Installation of 180 feet of 6 foot tall white PVC fence along edge of property between my property and neighbors. 2 long straight runs with a 10-15 foot jog between them.

 + -1 moreI received 4 quotes from different fence companies and Cleveland Fence had the best selection of fencing and offered the best pricing. After ordering the fencing, I had to ask Cleveland Fence to hold off the job until we had some landscaping work done. I appreciated that they readily complied with me, even though the material had to be stored at their inconvenience. Once they were given the go-ahead, they promptly scheduled the job and had it installed the next week, in just two days. The installation came out perfect. The fencing looks great and the gate works like a charm.
Description of Work: Removal of 300+ feet of 20 year old 6' cedar stockade fence. Installation of 282' of 6' Bufftech Weathered Cedar Vinyl privacy fence and 62' of black vinyl coated chain link fence.

 + -1 moreThe overall experience was very good. The office staff was very friendly and especially helpful with scheduling. I wanted to move quickly, and they did. Their price was excellent... the installed price was only slightly more expensive than competitive bids for materials only. Installation crew did a very good job. During the installation, there was a problem with the alignment of the fence, but I discussed it with the crew and they re-did that part no problem. At the end of the day, it looked perfect, which is what was important. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Installed about 90 feet of 42" cedar spaced picket fence across the front of my yard.

 + -1 moreI really was impressed with their flexibility and professionalism. They coordinated well with the paving project and didn't charge an additional fee for two trips to the job site. Their competitors were not as flexible and wanted to charge additional fees. While I was shown a brochure up front to pick from, I was told that I would not be getting the exact fence, but a very similar one. This held true. I really like the fence we got, but it was not exactly as shown in the brochure.
Description of Work: We need a fence replaced between two driveways. The old fence needed to be removed, then we needed the driveways repaved and the new fence then installed.

The sales person came out numerous times to make sure the job was going as planned. Overall, it went very well we did have a delay due to weather. The team came out on time and were very clean did the job in a timely manner. We are so pleased with the sales process and the quality of the material. I am the envy of the neighborhood.

 + -1 moreAfter selecting two style vinyl fences to be installed in our yard, the fence was delayed coming in as a certain section I ordered was a special order. They did tell me up front that it would take longer for the special order, but I had to call them to learn that it was coming in late. Once the fence came in to their warehouse, they scheduled me one week later to be installed. Despite some heavy rain, they were able to complete the job in two days (all day Saturday and 1/2 of Monday). The crew was very nice, hard workers and cleaned up after themselves before they left. The fence looks great and we were pleased with their installation and price.
Description of Work: Ask for quote to install vinyl fencing on a concrete patio. I received two estimates and they came in cheaper. They were very helpful and professional when reviewing my options.

 + -1 moreI stopped by their showroom to get an estimate to fence in backyard adequately for a dog. Discussed various options with a salesman and got a back-of-the-envelope estimate. They said they'd call in a few days to schedule an appointment, but never did. I called a week or so later to schedule an appointment for an estimator to come out. They didn't show up and never called to cancel or reschedule. In addition, years ago my husband dropped in to get information about installing a fence and they showed him a split rail fence. When he told them he was looking for something nicer, they said, "Well, that would be expensive", as if he was in the wrong place!

Description of Work: Installed 210' of 6ft high, cedar stockade fence along one side of property line. The proposal and estimate was done in a very profession manner. However, the time frame for installation was not correct and I was given many lame excuses from the company. The installation crew was great and worked very hard under some difficult rainy conditions. The installation took 2 days and was an excellent job.

 + -1 moreI HAD GOTTEN QUOTES FROM 3 PROVIDERS. ALL CAME IN AT THE SAME PRICE; HOWEVER CLEVELAND'S START TIME WAS 1-2 WEEKS OUT WHILE THE OTHERS WERE 6-8 WEEKS. DEBBIE EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO GUARANTEE ME SOMEONE COULD BE THERE TOMORROW IF I NEEDED THE FENCE FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT (OUTDOOR PARTY, ETC.)I WAS TOLD THE TIME FROM START TO FINISH WAS A DAY AND A HALF WITH GOOD WEATHER. TWO GENTLEMAN ARRIVED ON A SATURDAY TO BEGIN WORK; HOWEVER, DUE TO RAIN THEY WERE ONLY ABLE TO GET IN 3 HOURS. MY ASSUMPTION WAS THAT THE FENCE WOULD BE COMPLETED EITHER LATE MONDAY OR EARLY TUESDAY BUT TO MY SURPRISE THEY SHOWED UP SUNDAY MORNING TO CONTINUE WORKING. DUE TO ADDITIONAL RAIN ON SUNDAY THEY WERE AGAIN ONLY ABLE TO GET IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEY ARRIVED FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING AND BY NOON WERE 100% COMPLETED. THE FENCE LOOKS AMAZING AND IS THE TALK OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
