I have a fairly large yard, so they charge me $400 for mowing and blowing the leaves. This is the third year I have used them. The first time, I was just looking because I was a little late in the season and everybody was already booked. So, I was willing to use anyone and I was very pleased with their work. The first two years they were very responsive, however, this year I did have trouble getting them to call me back. I would use them in the future.

My wife and I bought a house last year that needed a lot of work in the yard - we had more weeds than grass, tons of poison ivy and generally over grown plants that needed to be removed or trimmed. Steve from Boston Landscape Co. came in the spring worked with us to create a really nice lawn and look for the house with new shrubs and trees which they planted. Their work is highly professional and I recommend them to my friends. I liked the work they did so much that I had them come in and install a patio in the backyard. The patio is beautiful and the work they did to incorporate it into the surroundings is phenomenal. They even surrounded the patio with beautiful mulch so everything looks stunning. I highly recommend Boston Landscape Co. They deliver on their promises and every one of the employees is super friendly.

My experience with Boston Landscaping and Steve was excellent. We received quotes from a number of companies in the area and decided to go with Steve because he listened to what we needed and were looking for in the project and he was willing to work with our agressive timeline. He helpped us design the area and see the potential and then delivered. It was my son's three year old birthday at the end of the month and we had invited more than 20 people for a party we were planning to host outside. Steve and his team not only delivered a yard on time it more than impressed all of our guests. The stonewall in the back was very well built and is beautiful. They worked with us to suggest a small wall to help the transition down from the lawn into the driveway. It came out great and provided some great character to the project and is one example of how the team worked with us through the process to help make it a success. The team worked hard, were always very respectful, and cleaned up all of the surounding areas when they were done. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to have work done.

They did an excellent job for us. The people that mowed the lawn took care to mow in different directions each time to avoid. They cleaned up all the clippings and they were very reasonable.

Steve was fantastic to deal with from the start. The day we were supposed to first meet he thought he might be late because of some traffic, so Melissa from his office called me to let me know he might be running a few minutes late. After dealing with many contractors who show up late, or don't show up at all, this was very refreshing. Steve was incredibly professional and patiently answered all of my questions about the various options I had for rebuilding the retaining wall as well as fixing the lawn in the back yard. I got several different quotes for removing a large Mulberry tree from my backyard and Steve was the least expensive. He and his crew removed the tree with great care and ground the stump so there were no visible traces left. Shortly after that they started rebuilding the retaining wall in my back yard that had basically come apart. They carefully dug a proper footing and built a beautiful wall to replace the crumbling mess that was previously there. During this process, I got my property surveyed to make sure the wall was on the correct side of the property line. Much to my surprise, the property line extended another 2-4 feet over where we thought it was. My neighbor was not happy about this and had become somewhat difficult to deal with during this whole process. Steve went about getting his written permission (as they had to be on his property to rebuild the wall) and was very careful about keeping the neighbor pleased throughout the whole process. As the wall was nearing competion, I asked Steve about re-grading the entire back yard and starting a new lawn. After we agreed on the price, he started and was done in about a day or two. He came back in early September to address any weeds that had popped up in the new lawn. He also re-seeded in early fall to make sure the lawn would really come up next year. A few days ago I was outside mowing the lawn, and Steve stopped by just to check how things were coming along (he had been done with his work for a couple of months). I really appreciate the fact that he takes pride in his work and took time out of his schedule just to check how things were going.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the end product. The process was a little bumpy, but I don't think it warrant's a bad review. Bottom line, he is good at what he does and he has a good reputation. He was just very, very busy. The only suggestion I would have for him is better communication with his clients and that is it. Other than that, I loved it. He apologized when it was necessary and the guys who worked for him were great. I love the patio, superb quality and everything I asked him to do he did. He was flexible and didn't over charge me for anything. I asked for the left over brick which was substantial and he did. Overall, I think he did a good job - the patio looks very nice and I've had a lot of compliments on it.

I had scheduled them to come out and do an estimate and they didn?t arrive that day. They were very apologetic when I called them. They said that the person who was going to do it had a death in his family and of course I understood that. Then we arranged for them to come next week and they didn?t show up or call me that day either. I didn?t contact them after that.

It was fine. I was never home when they were here, but I was happy with their work.

Steve contacted me quickly following my initial inquiry; he came by to look over the work and provided an estimate with 1-2 days. The price was very reasonable and the company could begin work almost immediately. All the workers were very efficient and were terrific; on days when I was home, I never saw any of the individuals not diligently doing their job. Steve answered my questions and took care of any issues that arose during the process; he always was available via phone or email, which was convenient as I do a lot by email. He followed up after the work was completed and came by to take care of a couple of remaining issues.

They came out and gave us an accurate estimate. They have been very good about fulfilling the contract. They originally cleaned out the planting beds and have been diligent about coming out to cut the lawn. They have reasonable prices.

Steve and his team did a nice job. I was presented with a very professional, clear estimate within a day or two of reviewing the work. Once confirmed, Steve and his team completed the job over a couple of days. I called him after the job was completed with concerns over tracks the bobcat left in the lawn, and he returned to lay down some more loam and re-seed those areas. The repairs came out well & I appreciated the service. With record rainfall this June/July, there was also an issue with the new grass remaining too wet for too long and developing a fungus. I contacted Steve and sent photos of the issue, and he offered to return to scratch in some new seed if the old did not survive the fungus brought on by the bad weather. The project had a few small issues but Steve is very accommodating and dedicated to good customer service.
