Fabulous, strong guys! Everything went smoothly. They were careful with my things and Abraham Ayuso was very deliberate and thoughtful to be sure they placed everything where it belonged. Made a stressful experience much nicer!

I used All My Sons to move from NH to CT. I worked with Jasmine and Seam in the office and they were extremely helpful. Eliana Gaetano-Wilson was the lead on my move at my house and she and her team, Paul and Michael, were tremendous. The were efficient, organized, and thorough. Additionally, they kept me calm because led the packing situation. I used All My Sons because I passed one of their trucks on the highway and immediately phoned them. The movers and office staff help me move furniture in an unexpected short notice. They accommodated us and were extremely caring with the move. They made it an effortless experience and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend using them for any move.

The movers were careful, competent and courteous. They protected our furniture for the moved and put the items exactly where we wanted them. The move ended up being more expensive than anticipated. Three men were sent when the move really only required two. Other than the resulting high fee, we were very pleased with the quality of service. The guys were great!

Elle and John were prompt, courteous, professional and safely moved a Peloton treadmill (among lots of other items) from a second story townhouse with narrow winding steps with no damage! They worked very hard, I was very grateful. Great customer service from Shawn, Mike and Malinda - I will use All My Sons for the next move.

It all sounded great on the phone until I put my deposit down. Once they had my deposit, the conversation was not so pleasant or accommodating. I was told I could do the move in the afternoon and when the staff called to arrange the time the story was very different. When I pointed out about my initial conversation, I was told the call center was in Texas and I was now talking to someone locally; my replied to that was that it did not matter to me where they were located because I was talking to the same company and when I said I wanted to cancel the conversation switch again to perhaps I misunderstood. The day of the move I get a call to let me know the movers and on the way to which I was very surprised because it was not at the agreed time. I was told they were on the way and I had to take it or leave it. If that was not enough, the crew puts everything on the truck and then ask you to sign the estimate which includes more time than they need. I was moving just about 5 minutes away, but the crew would not follow me. It took them half an hour to get there. Be aware of the fees, I was told it would take about $130 for materials for the size of my move, but I was charged $341. Also, I was charged 10% of the total bill for additional fuel for a move 5 minutes away. Lastly, I was charged for additional time that I was told I would get back, I did, but I had to request it and I was treated like I was begging. The manager hang up on me and after a week my credit did not show on my credit card and I had to call again to ask for the unused hour. This time was done. I do have to say that the crew of movers were very nice, careful and respectful. Unfortunately, the fee structure was not clearly disclosed and I would used this company ever again because of the way I was treated.

The movers themselves are great. The guys who came up to help me did a very good job but had an issue with a large piece of furniture, which caused me to have to make alternate arrangements that added time and money to my move that I never planned for. My plans were thrown significantly off track, as my move with All My Sons had been arranged weeks in advance. I spoke with Hector about this, and his customer service skills were completely nonexistent. He had zero respect, refused to compensate me in any way for this issue, and ultimately, after yelling in my ear, hung up the phone. Truly appalling behavior, and as a person in business, I am even more appalled knowing that if I spoke the way he did, I would have been fired on the spot. Do not give these people any business, but, if you are in a position to do so, ask the laborers if they are looking for a job. They deserve better as representatives of a business.

The crew was great, they worked hard but the company would not send more help. A representative from the company came to the house and I told him there were things in the basement also going. I asked for two estimates, one with packing and one without packing. The estimate with packing was $3700. Unfortunately, I hired them. The bill came to over $6000! I had to pay it in order to get my furniture off the truck. In addition, there were no appliances moved. They supposedly were the professionals, how could they be so far off?? I would hire the 3 crew members but never, never the company. ,

The worst experience I have ever had during a move. almost all my furniture was damaged. They totaled my computer desk by dropping it down a flight of stairs. Then, told me **not to worry, the company will replace it**. Plus, the cost was outrageous! 25,000 plus for a 3-bedroom, one-mile move. Took them over five hours to load a 26 foot truck. No heavy appliances. I was told I could leave the close in the chest by the company and when the mover came, he was angered and pulled out draws, flinging them to the ground. They were so bad and I do not recommend this company at all. So disappointing. Could go on but it is making me mad.

I'd give them less than 0 stars if possible! They didn't show up at the scheduled time. They didn't send the number of people I paid for! It took 7 hours and 45 minutes to move a tiny 2bedroom apt, which I had fully packed up and disassembled all the furniture for ahead of time. AND we had to help them move everything! We PAID thousands of dollars TO MOVE OUR OWN THINGS FOR ALMOST 8 HOURS! When they broke the ceiling of my apartment's elevator, dropping the entire ceiling on my couch, their manager said we should have "installed a freight elevator." Obviously, the 2 people who they sent are not to blame. It's the shitty management! The movers did they best they could given the situation the management put them in. Plus my couch still has a hole in the center and all the corners are now missing leather. The managers at all my sons moving can get fucked. DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE! DO NOT!

They showed up 9 hours late and would not provide any discount for the inconvenience.

The movers themselves were extremely polite and efficient. They helped us pack and move boxes and took great care in the move. They kept double checking on what to take and made sure what was being taken would fit in the storage container we obtained. My main gripe was that after taking with the 3rd person on the phone, I found out I couldn't schedule a time. The first 2 times I spoke with someone I said I needed 230pm or later. The last person I spoke with said they couldn't do it on my time but I had to be ready for 12pm or later. This caused a great deal of strife for me as I had to cancel an interview, which the person didn't receive my email in time despite 24hr notice. However, I'm still happy and grateful they could accommodate a next day move.

i WAS PLEASED WITH THEIR JOB

Absolutely incredible. Mine was not an easy move - a fourth floor apartment down a very very long hallway. These guys busted their butts nonstop until the job was done. They wrapped and protected everything perfectly. They pay close attention to detail and do it all with a smile on their faces: I couldnâ t recommend them enplug. Best of all, they beat every other quote I got!

The day started off at 90° and 100% humidity we were not looking forward to this move. The guys from all my Sons, Terry, Miguel and Cornelius work really hard without a break and got us into the new property seamlessly.
