Very fittingly - Wind River's customer service absolutely STINKS. We used this company for nearly 15 years to service our septic and they consistently did a good job. However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. We now have to find another provider.

Can't say enough good. They had to come to our home on two different occasions and worked miracles on our septic and blocked main line. They were professional and very courteous. Left everything clean and moved all the stuff back to where it was.

I emailed Wind River to find out information about pricing and times available (as we wanted it done quickly). One of their customer service reps responded right away to my email and gave me prices and times. I called to schedule and the customer service rep on the phone was very friendly and efficient. They gave me a date two days out and told me I'd get a text message with an updated ETA on the technicians arrival. All was as promised and the tech, Andy, arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The next day I received a service report with Andy's notes regarding the service performed as well as recommendations and before and after pictures ( sounds gross, but it was nice to see the work performed, especially since most people are not home when their septic is pumped.) I was very pleased with my whole experience with Wind River and will definitely use them again!

bigBAD. Outrageous pricing just for cleaning. Inspector might be right BUT NOT AT THAT PRICE and he wanted to dig up a section for $5,000 just to look. ( I Think) Saw older couple and decided to make a big pay off by scarring them !!!

I uncovered septic tank to avoid extra charge. Technician was professional in providing all services. Service took about 1 hour. Incomplete septic operation was shown and explained. Solution was additional enzyme products, obviously necessary. Recommended structural changes to septic system; will be scheduled next year. Cost was 2X initial estimate due to additional enzyme products. Gave coupon to offset added vehicle fuel charge.

We have used Windriver ever since they bought out Doufors, the company that used to take care of pumping our cesspool. Our cesspool (grandfathered into the sale of the property when we bought our house 20 years ago) has never been a problem and has always worked well. However, we have it pumped yearly and Windriver takes care of this. When we call for our annual appointment , the staff is efficient, they schedule the appointment in a timely way. When the day of the appointment arrives, they are always are on time, always are polite and always provide a write up of what they have done, the cost and whether there were problems. They have made positive suggestions to keep the cesspool working well and we have been happy with the work they do. We have not had problems so I can't address how they would solve them - but for our needs they have been great.

The tech showed up and came to the door, introduced himself, asked a few questions, and then performed the work. At the end, he came to the door, provided me an explanation of what he found, suggested some additive to help maintainthe system, applied it and cleaned up leaving the yard looking as if nothing had happened.

It went well because they were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. This was the first time I have used them and was impressed with their professionalism.

Had been using another company that we were quite pleased with. Found that Windriver had bought out the other guys, so we decided to give them a shot. Service was fair but price was over blown. Got the hard sell to purchase liquid septic additive only to find price was very high. In hindsight, would probably have gone with someone else.

Showed up on schedule, they were very pleasant and had a positive attitude. Took care with the brick work surrounding tank access.

I spent $250 on that work. I also used their plumber to do some work. Other companies had quoted $900, but they did it for $230. So in all I spent $480 for the work that has been done so far. The work was excellent. They are really nice. They knew what they were talking about and educated me on what they were doing and how my system worked and how it worked. They explained that it was a buildup of toothpaste, conditioner and other stuff. They did not treat me like I was stupid. They are fair and their prices are reasonable. They take the time like nothing was a problem and that they did not rush to another job. They made sure I was a 100% satisfied before they moved on. They were really pleasant when I called them. I have recommended them to other people.
