+ -1 moreJim was able to come the same day and identify the source of the problem and make sure that it was safe until the following day when he completed the repairs. I am extremely happy with his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything to me during the process in a way that made sense and helped me better understand how these issues could've happened and what he would do to fix it. The prices were beyond reasonable for the amount of work he did. When it comes to something as important and serious as a electrical wiring, I knew that I would have to hire a professional and was really worried about the costs, but Jim was able to work with me and completed everything well within my budget. I am a real customer and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a urgent electrical issue that needed to be addressed. There was a problem with the wiring from updates that had been done by the previous owner and when it was tested it showed a "reverse hot". Also there was an issue with the main breaker and the wires coming into the panel box were corroded that were causing separate issues and needed to be fixed.
