They were nice, they were on time they were professional. The work they did did not fully solve the problem, so they came back. My only concern was that the whole thing seemed a bit expensive, but perhaps I have been out of the appliance repair game for too long.

The actual owner of the company came out to look at my stove. He was very professional and honest he could of easily charge me for the parts to fix my stove However, he was honest and advised me for the price of the parts that was needed I was better off getting a new stove. Now keep in mind he is not in the stove selling business. True professional!!

Work was completed during Covid19 scare. Repairman was very professional, wearing mask and completely cleaned up all touched surfaces before he left. I would never by a Samsung refrigerator again but I would call this repair service.
