They worked for us in the winter. They scheduled the work between Christmas and New Year and the workers worked too fast because it was a holiday time. There were some short cuts I wasn’t happy about and when they ended up leaving, they were in such a rush that they knocked my mailbox which added up more work because I had to redo it. The quality of the windows has been disappointing for the price I paid. One of the main reasons I chose them was because they were not pushy unlike other vendors who were extremely pushy.

It was under warranty and so they didn’t charge us for the service. The gentleman was very professional in what he was doing. He wasted no time. He was really good at what he did. He was very efficient and got the job done in half an hour. They were timely in coming out and got it done right away. Their quality of work was excellent.

I paid for delivery and installation of the pedestals. The delivery team was suppose to deliver and install the pedestals, and then a second team was to come in order to hook up the gas line. The delivery team was about and hour and fifteen minutes late and they were rushed. They only delivered the items and did not install the pedestals or hook up the washer and dryer. When the second team came to install the gas line they said it was not their job to install the pedestals, and they just hooked up the gas. I called and they said they would send someone out on thursday to hook up the washer and install the pedestals. When they showed up they said they could do nothing because the gas line was installed. I called them this morning and told them I am getting a lawyer and I want my money back because of all of this. The lady I spoke with put me on hold for a long time, and I finally hung up. On top of all that a couple of days ago a resolution team was suppose to take this over and I have not heard a word from them. It is now a day later and I called the delivery team 4 times within 20 minutes of each other because I kept getting hung up on. I'm extremely frustrated that I have to continue to repeat myself and explaining the situation. I don't understand why there can't be accountability for the lack of work that has been done.
