We had a massivie invasion of carpenter ants and mice. There was no way we could eliminate either of these without help. We live in the woods. Bugs and mice are part of the living on this kind of land. They aren't cheap, but they do the job and they come when called. We'll never be rid of the mice or the ants, not completely, but there are a whole lot fewer of them than there were and it gets better every year. Living in the woods is lovely, but very messy. We buy an annual package

I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service.

Amazing !. Sean is always on time, he is very knowledgable, very thorough and I love that he takes the time with me to explain what he is doing and why it's helpful. He educates on ways to make the best of his services so that we work as a team to keep out the pests. I'm a single Mom with a medically fragile son. I have to be careful with my expenses and I have to say that this continues to be my best investment in my home and my family's health. They get rid of the pests and solve and prevent the ways that they are getting in. I would recommend this company and service to everyone .

We had tried many things to try to get rid of the many ants in our yard. It was pretty bad. When we called them, we asked why they cost $100 more than others and they told us because they guarantee their work. They used organic and pet friendly treatment. They treated everything very thoroughly and gave advice on how to grow back our damaged lawn. They followed up with us and we finally saw an end to our ant problem. In addition, our lawn hasn't looked better. We would highly recommend them and we will use them again.
