+ -1 moreNot well first he was late then never showed .finally he opened up unit pulled part then didn't come back. After a while he got it running and left the unit shut done 30 minutes later..he never came back took old part left after I finally told him I was gone give him bad review he call with this excuse my unit is old needs a lot work ..he wanted more money if he was a spealist he should of suggested a cleaning first instead of replacing parts ..that now I believed weren't broken. ..the new guy came and went to home depot for 15 dollar part and put it on ....mr Ron tried to sell me awhile new Unit cost me 400 extra for new truck while no heat for weeks not from springfield but do have family here they Helped me out

Description of Work: I hired his service to install a new line on my oil tank. He also tuned up the burner and after an inspection he returned to advise and tweak minor details as well.
