We were moving from MA to MD with relatively short notice. One Mr. U. visited our house to give a quote. He promised a quote by a certain time, and then we didn't hear back. Eventually, he sends the quote, stating, "Sorry to be late with it, too busy. Let me know what your decision is.". The quote indicated a packing date of 8/6, but a delivery date "8/7 to 8/12". That didn't make sense because we were moving 400 miles - not 4000. We called back to clarify/discuss. We managed to get through to speak with him once - remember, he is very busy - he said he would get back. No reply. He simply disappeared. Maybe he left his job. Maybe not. Who knows? We lucked out as we ended up with an alternative movers who were not only simply wonderful, but also cost about 25% less. So I suppose, Thank you, Mr. U. for the no-show.

movers were on time for the 2 moves and they were courteous. took a little longer then the estimate but we had more boxes then was estimated. cost was slightly higher then estimated. only damage was to a wok. because they were able to leave the furniture on the trailer for storage their price was lower then the other 2 estimates we got. moving is a pain but if I had to do it again I would use them.

We really liked the crew. Everyone was friendly and did a good job they were fun to be around.

We packed our own boxes - (we had scores of boxes of books). In addition to the usual furniture and furnishings, we had an upright piano. The move took 9 hours. In addition to vehicle and driver, it required the services of two helpers plus an additional helper at overtime. It started to rain as they unloaded the truck. It was dark by the time the job was done. The workers were cold and wet by the time it was all over. The crew maintained amazingly good spirits throughout. The original estimate had been $1100; I think the price over-run was justified.

It was very well done, from estimate to packing up one house, to unpacking at another.

Start to Finish there were no problems. They removed my furnishing and replace them exactly where I asked.

They were prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. I was impressed with the quality of their people; and the care and conscientiousness that every one of them took to protect our furniture and possessions. I could not have been more pleased with the service they gave us. I recommend them without reservation. Prices were competitive.

I called the first time and left a messI need to move a few things, but the notice was too short. They were booked for two weeks.

This company did a good job. They did the packing and some of the packers were good and some not so good. They delivered on time in the pouring rain and did the best them could in unloading the possessions. They were careful with our possessions and nothing was lost and very little damage. There were only a few broken picture frames.
