Roger and his crew were incredibly professional. They came when they said they would and they got the job done wonderfully quickly. They did a beautiful job and we would heartily recommend him.

Roger and his team did a fabulous job rebuilding my deck, and also repairing my front porch. In both cases he used composite decking. Roger is a very responsive and thoughtful person. His team of workers are great, and work hard, taking great care to do a good job. He not only delivered what I wanted, but offered improvements to the job. Very good work, doesnâ  t charge additional retail for materials. He was able to purchase at store and call me for payment so you really only pay him for labor. All the workers are very knowledgeable and work efficiently together. I was very satisfied with results and final project was appealing to the eye. Stands by his work to correct or repair as he live in area for convenience. Workers clean up when project was completed which is very important to me.

I hired Roger, Gustavo and Henrique to remodel my bathroom. I had purchased very expensive Mexican tile and needed to find a contractor who was familiar with this kind of tile. Not only did they tile my bathroom, they also did the plumbing that was involved. Roger was responsive to any questions I had and would call me back immediately when I left messages. Roger and his crew went out of their way to make sure I was always a satisfied customer. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with how my bathroom looks. I highly recommend Roger Rewel and his crew. They are problem-solvers who carefully consider the outcomes of their work.

Do not hire Roger Rewel, especially if you are a woman! He assured us that he and his company were capable of doing the kitchen remodel that we needed. He was helpful, spending a lot of time with us before the project started. However, when it came to doing the work, there were many issues. He argued about removing our stove even though it was agreed upon at the beginning of the project. His men do all of the work, and they had never installed a stove before- they read the directions in the box When installing the lights, they cut holes in our cabinets and just left them there. The backsplash was put in without any top edging or wall edging, no caulking behind the sink, and uneven caulking around the cabinets. Upon knocking out the wall between our kitchen and dining room, the wall that was left was completely uneven between the two rooms and he was not able to fix the wall, the floor, or the beam in between the rooms. He had to call in some friends to fix the wall, the floor between the two rooms, and the beam that he had left with a crack in it. They ruined our wood floor which then needed to be repaired by a local company who was appalled at the way Roger company and his friends had left the job. We have asked, many times, that he give us the money for the extra repair of the floor that we had to pay out of pocket, but he refuses to answer the phone or text messages from me or my husband. When confronted with the issues during the job, Roger thought I was trying to give him a hard time instead of admitting that he and his company did not know what they were doing. He did not want to listen to anything that I critiqued (as a woman), but when my husband spoke to him, he suddenly called in his friends to help. He is nice to women, but he does not respect their opinion at all. We had asked for a contract at the beginning, but he swore that things come up during any project, but I am not here to just take your money. I want your business and want you to recommend me to others, so just trust me. Foolishly, we did. So, now were out the thousands of dollars that we spent on the project and had to pay extra for others to fix his mistakes and he does not have the decency to return any messages. do not fall for his kind demeanor. He does not know what he is doing even though he will make you believe that he does!

Roger Rewel and his crew rebuilt half of my deck because it was worn and not in alignment with the other half. Roger communicated with me clearly every step the way. They came early in the morning and got the work done in one day. They were courteous, neat, and a pleasure to work with. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and my deck looked beautiful. I was so impressed with their work, I am hiring them to remodel my bathroom. The team work I witnessed was so impressive I trust them to work with very expensive Mexican tile that I am purchasing for my bathroom. You will not go wrong if you hire them.

Great job! Reasonable price. Was pleased with the door install and had him come back and build front porch stairs.

Roger was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded immediately to my call, quoted the job fairly, explained in detail what his plan was and completed the job in just a few days. Even after the deck was completed, I had one more additional request and he said â yes, we can do that for youâ . His crew was very professional and when the job was finished, they cleaned up like they were never there. Extremely happy with the workmanship and customer service we received. I would not hesitate to call Roger in the future!

Roger was responsive, clear in his communication, and overall a pleasure to work with. His pricing was extremely fair. His crew was respectful of my home and neighbors. My deck rebuild was done quickly and the resulting project exceeded my hopes. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to hire him again.

Can t thank Roger enough! I had to get railings installed on my house quickly while going through with its sale, Roger had given me a quote and managed to get the project done in less than a week. The project came out great, his team was prompt, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

By far the best contractor that I have ever hired. Roger & his workers were professio al, on schedule, cleaned up daily, communicated any problems, need of additional materials. Roger always answers his phone or gets right back to you. He searches for the best price for materials. We had issues with getting the materials (not Rogers fault it was home depot). But he rearranged his schedule so that when the materials finally came he was here the day they were delivered. His crew is very polite and very hard working. The quality of work and customer service is second to none. Do not hesitate to hire Roger.

Rogerâ s crew were consummate professionals. They were on-time and efficient, not to mention very nice. They were very also cooperative when I had a few minor changes. The estimate was within $60 of the final cost. Love these guys.

Friendly and Fast! Roger and his team were very prompt and got the job done in a matter of a couple days. Roger was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I felt like he really wanted us to be happy. We worked out a customized plan to update our existing deck and meet our needs without going over budget. I highly recommend, he did a wonderful job!!

Unlike many of those currently working in his field - in Western Mass - Roger is not just trying to line his wallet with as much money as possible for half hazard work. Our Ipe deck hadn t been refinished in over a decade but Roger, being familiar with this species of wood, cleaned, scrubbed, and applied a rich coat of Messmers UV Plus Natural stain and the deck looks like new! We will use him again. Fast, prompt, kind, and excellent quality and service. Highly recommended.
