At first it started out fine. I was trying to figure out the style of fence for my needs and needed various quotes. This shouldn't be an issue for any business because it is their business to provide information to their customers. I also needed another price for a much smaller fence job that was separate. I did mentioned that I definitely needed that second job done even if I didn't go with the larger job at this time (due to various factors). Then when I asked to schedule the much smaller job only, he never reply my email. About 4 days later I sent another email asking about the scheduling, no reply. And 4 days later I left a voice mail - never replied back to me. Ultimately, awful customer service I really have to say. I am disappointed because at first he sounded like he knew his trade and how to follow-though with people. But he turned out to be like a few other inadequate fence companies in this area (Western Mass). IN REPLY TO COMPANY'S STATEMENT: About your first sentence regarding contractors that were not happy working at my house, that is utterly untrue and you are completely lying. How can you say such a broad statement like that? I have had contractors work here for other projects and it worked out great. You were unprofessional as your own company. I can show anyone the emails and anyone can see how clear the emails were. Are you calling the other fence companies? Why are you referring to anyone else's information if we started out having a proper business relationship and there was no reason to think otherwise between our already communication? THAT IS UNPROFESSIONAL. There were different issues with a few other fence companies in the area, each with their own reasons and you can' t judge me on what you "heard". i really have to say you are unprofessional - just like a few other companies out there . I have no problem showing anyone how the communication went with each of the few fence companies (in Western Mass) which I contacted and how ridiculously unorganized, unresponsive, unprofessional many of them are. Something unfair doesn't seem right here. IT APPEARS THAT SOME FENCE COMPANIES, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A PROPER WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER AND NO ISSUES WITH THAT CUSTOMER, CAN SUDDENLY JUST STOP WORKING WITH THE CUSTOMER. DON'T YOU THINK THAT IS SUSPICIOUS? BY USING COMPANIES LIKE THIS, YOU ARE ENCOURAGING THEM TO ACT LIKE THIS WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT.

So pleased with our new vinyl railing installation. Patriot was always prompt with excellent communication. The work itself was meticulous and they really went above and beyond, even fixing a structural problem that wasn't part of the original bid. Highly recommended! I asked his advice on a new project and he didn't try to up-sell or pressure me. Instead he brainstormed on a great idea I'm going to have him implement. We're having them back once the ground thaws to expand our project.

We purchased fence panels and posts at Lowes and had Jason install them for us. He did a fantastic job - was honest, punctual, and hard working. We were very happy with the outcome and would definitely use his services again. He comes highly recommended!

Jason worked with me on the cost and the design. He was creative and gave me exactly what I wanted. He did a wonderful job and I am very satified with the results. Thank you Jason.

Pricing was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the top local advertisers. The pictures of his completed projects in a small album looked good. Jason was prompt and courteous. So we went with his team and the fence looks great. We had to wait a few weeks from deposit to completion due to ordering and scheduling. The work is solid and professional. It took about two days. We couldn't be happier. The following year, 2012, we had him return to replace our crumbling, wooden pool fence with a stronger, more secure, metal fence. We didn't bother to price anyone else because we like his work. Again the work was solid and professional. Also done in about two days. The yard was immaculate when they were done. Jason's prices are good, the work is strong and attractive, and he returns phone calls. All around great! We are having him build a shed this year.
