+ -1 moreThey were excellent. It was a good service and they had reasonable prices. They were just very upfront about what was wrong with it and they apologized for the fact that it was going to take a while to get the part. They had to pick the refrigerator out so they gave us a loaner to use until they got ours fixed. I think we had used them once before, like ten years ago or so and we were happy then which is why we went back with them. It was a fair price for what was done , considering they gave us a loaner and everything.
Description of Work: We used L&W Appliance Service to get a part in our refrigerator freezer replaced.

+ 0 moreWe called L and W about 11:00 A.M. and Kevin was at the house by 4:00 P.M. Kevin took one look at the frost building up at the back of the freezer and knew exactly what was wrong. He took the inside panel off the freezer and defrosted the coils so the refrigerator would work for next couple of days until he could get a heater for it. Two days later he was back with the part and installed it. The refrigerator works well again. Kevin was very prompt and professional.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator/freezer was not cooling. Kevin from L & W fixed it.
