 + -1 moreI now have to spend an additional $200 so another plumber can come in and complete the job started by Hanson Mechanical.
Description of Work: called Dan from Hanson Mechanical to install a filter and within two weeks I noticed a drastic reduction in water pressure. I called Dan several times, left several messages and finally after a couple of day he came by and said there was something wrong with my pump and he'd send someone over to fix it. No one ever came and he wouldn't take any of my calls. A gentleman from a different plumbing company came over and told me the problem was the sprinkler system was running through my filter and because we have a well, the sediment was clogging the filter thus reducing the water pressure. Apparently the simple solution would've been to run the sprinkler on another line. Why Dan refused to fix the problem after I paid him several hundred dollars for his mess is beyond me

 + 0 moreWhen I moved here the last year they changed the whole system. I am still under the warranty period. It was less than a year and one of the pieces broke. They told me that the sprinkler system company did not blow the air correctly for the winter time and as there was water there it broke. They replaced it and they told me it was not covered under warranty. I do not know if its true.
Description of Work: They changed the faucets in my kitchen. They fixed the vacuum breaker for the sprinkler system.
