+ -1 moreFour people came out to do the work, it took them three days to finish everything. They were excellent, very professional and were on time. They did check to make sure I was happy with the project, there had been a miscommunication with the stones they used and they were very quick to fix it. He's really good at returning phone calls and staying in touch, there had been an issue with the stones moving and he came out within two days to fix it.
Description of Work: They did a whole new front patio and walkway.

+ -1 moreI like them a lot. They are the cheapest around. I have a variety of bushes. I have been using them for about four years.
Description of Work: Family Landscaping & Lawncare does landscaping for me. They do my mulch every year and trim the bushes. They also do the maintenance and lawn care.

+ -1 moreOwner Richard was prompt, responsive, easy to work with and we felt like he really cared about how our gardening results turned out. We added some aspects of the project after the original quote, and he was very accomodating. Quote and all aspects of service was prompt, and the entire experience was a good one, thank goodness. We definitely recommend this landscaping business to anyone in the Western MA area.
Description of Work: Retaining walls, planting, border with plastic edging around planting, and putting decorative stone into plantbeds.
