TERRIBLE!!! The service was done Octobe 19, 2018. I still have a SIZEABLE HOLE and CRACKS in the ceiling. Initially they offered their guy to do the repairs; but I asked if my contractor could do it since he could enter my home unattended, that way I wouldn't need to take time off from work - which I shouldn't need to do for their mistake. That didn't work out. So I then said, ok, let's use your guy. The last time we spoke, PAM was going to immediately call him and have him get back to me, and take care of the reimbursement of my payment that the deducted from my account UNAUTHORIZED AND ILLEGALLY. The day prior to service they required a credit/debit card payment of $74.70 before even coming here. The day of service Pam Gonzales (????) agreed they would NOT deduct final payment from my account until the issue was resolved. A short time later they deducted $298.80 from my account; and after repeated guarantees that it would be reimbursed (apparently it was a "mistake" by bookkeeping) it has NOT been reimbursed. I contacted the Better Business Bureau over the weekend. They emailed me yesterday that they contacted the company and were waiting to hear back. Of course, nothing yet. The company - PAM - doesn't even return messages now. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

Was quotes to be a 3-4 hour job. They gave the best pricing out of 3 other companies and salesman was VERY convincing. On the date of service a very polite gentleman arrived on time and quickly realized the job was under-staffed and made a call. Then went to work. I peeked down in the basement as he was outside and a ball of fine partical dust filled the air. He never covered anything with plastic and our pool table and everything else in our mostly finished basement was coated with fine dust. He then informed me the bag in the vacuum he was using broke. 5 hours later he made his way upstairs to start working on the vents and returns. He spent 7 hours in my home total and my husband ended up helping him for 2 hours so he would finish quicker. We finally has to ask him to leave so we could put our toddler to bed. I didn't want him getting into trouble for not getting the work done so I signed the paper. It wasn't his fault they didn't send another man for the job. After that we spent 2 hours in our basement cleaning. They say he was going to stay at our home till the job was done, if that happened he would have been there until midnight. I called the following business day and asked for a partial refund as I really didn't want them coming back and they insisted on coming back. Emails went unanswered and return phone calls were never made. After numerous threats and complaints I FINALLY got the rudest most disrespectful and degrading email from the owner. After receiving I realized that is exactly WHY he doesn't deal with customers, he doesn't know how. See below for some excerpts ..... "To begin with, no one has ignored you or not responded to your inquires! If you are upset that I have not personally spoken to you that is your issue." "As you informed us, you wanted at your determination to have XX leave your home because you wanted your daughter to go to bed. Carlton was assigned to stay at the project until complete. You made the determination that it was complete when you asked him to leave your home. The fact that your husband chose to help Carlton with his responsibilities was at your discretion. Your continued threats are not productive. If you care to make difficulties for our company through social media or “Date Line” as you threatened, I am certain that after they review the correspondence and responses that we have had with you that they will find us to be a company of excellent moral compass." They did come back out and reclean all the vents and returns BUT I had to take another day off from work and am still not completely satisfied with the work. I preferred to sign the paperwork and be done with them. I think the whole duct cleaning in general is a scam, if you change the filter on your furnace every 3 months you really don't need this done unless there has been major construction. All in all, I feel like it wasn't worth $450, and over 2 work days of my time. WIll never have them back, or the ducts cleaned again.
