We service homes, offices, hospitals, government buildings, school. All of our service people are OSHA 10 hour Certified. They are also all drug tested and checked for criminal background. Description of Work: It would have been preferable for them to have a camera to inspect the ductwork rather than just brushes but to my knowledge they did a good job.

Thank you for the positive feedback and recommendation. Cameras are a logical thought yet in our experience working in thousands of homes and commercial facilities we find that they do not replace actual visual inspection as the most effective way to inspect ductwork. When we service a home or business we encourage the customer to visually inspect our work by looking in the ductwork prior to us closing the system when we are HEPA vacuuming the to ensure that they see the great results of our work. Description of Work: They did a great job both times we used them. |Our house had a leak in the walls & we hired them to clean all the ducts & vents after all the Mold Remediation work had been done. They also sanitized the whole hot air heating system venting system (oil hot forced air with registers) to kill off amy mildew/mold that might have made its way into the heating ducts/vents. |They were very professional & thorough & punctual. |The only down side was the expense. It was expensive for a whole house but I did not comparison shop as we did not want to just save money & not get a professional job done. About 10 years ago we used them for the same thing & remembered them as thorough & professional & that's what made us willing to pay the extra money. |We would definitely use them again & would recommend them to friends & neighbors. |

Duct & Vent Cleaning of America, Inc reinvests in our company and it is evident after 25 years in business. We invest in the education and training of our staff. We are one of the earliest and most active members in our trade association NADCA. We have very high insurance limits which cost more to protect our customers and employees interest. We invest in our corporate culture to ensure that we are providing the best product on the market consistently. We believe that the person who came up with the old saying "you get what you pay for" was correct. Unfortunately many duct cleaners can not perform the job they are claiming to perform for the price they claim to be offering. When they get into a residence they usually have a catch to their offer and raise their prices. Our customers know the complete finial price of the project prior to us walking in the door. Service was very good by the cleaning crew of 3 men. Went right to work when they arrived. Worked vey efficiently. Explained what they were doing as they went along, Entire job took 2 1/2 hours. Very satisfied with the work performed. Salesman was very responsive in resolving scheduling difficulties. A workdate of Jan. 15th at 12noon was given me when contract was made. However, when the crew hadn't arrived by 1 o'clock, I called the salesman and was told they couldn't be here until 3:30. When I called again at 4 o'clock, I was told they couldn't come until 1pm on thursday the 16th. They finally arrived at 3:20pm. The salesman was kind enougt to deduct 10% from the agreed to contract price for the inconveience which I was grateful for. It seems to me a company this big and in business for as long as it has would have a developed a more effiecient and reliable scheduling system for its work crews. I didn't mind the waiting at home so much as needing to cancel 2 doctors' appointments and other meetings on thursday. I believe they need to hire more personnel.
