Cabrini movers were extremely professional and polite throughout the entire experience, from the first phone call to the actual move. The person who completed the estimate was very thorough, bringing an ipad with him and noting everything which was going to be included in the move. He followed up afterwards, but was not pestering as we were getting other quotes. The moving crew on the day of the move was very experienced, professional and courteous. There were done in less time than estimated, even during a very snowy/wet April day.

We interviewed several companies and found Cabrini to be most responsIve to our needs. We talked to Lance (third generation owner) about how he handles any problems that may occur. We liked his honest and responsible answers. The men were extremely careful with our art. Each picture was wrapped, boxed and crated. We inspected and recrated all boxes on arrival because we were not ready to hang art yet! They packed an unloaded 10 rooms of furniture and household items. Only our items were packed on two trucks therefore there was no possibility of losing anything. They made the drive to Florida in three days. A few minor issues were resolved expeditiously and professionally. We highly recommend Cabrini’s.

From the start, the people at Cabrini were very responsive and friendly. The move went as planned and finished earlier than expected, which means we saved money! Nothing was damaged.

It went well. The men were fast and very seasoned in their profession.

These guys were superb. Three movers performed the whole move in 3.5hrs including the 30 min transit time. Their estimate was accurate and they explained everything. They were very efficient and professional. Not a single thing broke in the move, there were many fragile items. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Overall the move went FANTASTIC!!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. I have moved dozens of times (and a considerable amount in this area too) and they are by far the most professional, conscientious, efficient, and pleasant people to work with. I'm a convert! I WILL NEVER MOVE WITH ANYONE BUT THEM AGAIN!!

The guy who owns the business is a great guy, but he hired some convicts that ripped me off, big time. The guy tried working with me, but he hired a thief who stole about $2000 from me. He wasn't happy with them at all for doing that. He ended up firing them. They were really good on the price. That's why I used them. They didn't pack stuff right. They were pretty busy throwing their stuff in the truck that they had. They were good. It was just the two guys they had working for them. They could have packed it better. I did have some damage, which they tried hiding. Overall, the owner of the place is an extremely nice guy. But, I won't use them again. They were there when they said.

Extremely friendly and professionally "at your service." Provided anything we asked/needed. Worked quickly and carefully. We've used Cabrini four times so far, including two office moves for our business. They go above and beyond expectation. Words can't describe how utterly satisfied we are with Cabrini!!!!

It didn't go - they failed to provide services that I had asked for and agreed to - no apology, nothing for their complete and utter mess-up.

The morning of June 9th the movers arrived and didnt waste any time...........they were wonderful. they packed the truck like it was a puzzle.....the 3 gentlemen were extremely polite. they delivered out things on June 13, they arrived on time and the 2 gentlemen were wonderful I cant say enough good things about Cabrini movers.......they made this experience (which was my first time moving like this) extremely stressfree.. I would highly recommend this company if you are planning to move..........William came over the first time and went through the house, then my husband and i down sized ALOT so William came back and refigured our items..(he even brought dog bones for my dogs) what a wonderful experience....I highly recommend these wonderful guys.

They showed up on time, were in and out in record time, did a wonderful job. Moved all the furniture into the truck without any fuss or bother. Were cheerful, polite, and respectful of my furniture. Took great care to see that nothing was scratched or marred. They are wonderful.

I worked with Lance, Stephen, Adner, Scott, and Justin, They helped me in every way possible, they went above and beyond!! They were very polite courteous, no problems with delivery, they were on time. They were just excellent all around.

they were exceptionally efficient and professional. polite and careful. i cannot say enough about how great this company was to work with. we had a lot of challenges in this interstate move and needed to change move dates 3 times. while they were VERY busy, they accommodated all the changes. we even needed to have the truck held overnight due to closing issues and they managed to free up this team of men for two days rather then the originally contracted one. additionally, the three men that did the move were excellent! they kept a steady pace all day long and were pleasant and helpful, always making sure they were putting boxes into the rooms we wanted them even when they were not well marked. mom moved into a 55+ community and i saw through the window one of the neighbors address one of the movers. i smiled broadly as he removed his hat to answer her! RESPECTFUL TOO! mom had been burned by a company in a previous move and was very worried and skeptical of dealing with another company. she was very very happy with this experience. thank cabrini!!!!

Everyone was great! William came and estimated the job and provided some general packing instructions for my mom. When moving day came, the crew arrived on time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Even when they were moving exceptionally heavy or awkward pieces of furniture, everyone was calm and courteous. No one swore at all, which I thought was pretty impressive given how difficult some of the furniture was to move. There was one piece of furniture that was too big to fit down the stairs at the condo, so Cabrini came back after the snow had melted and brought it in through the back door. Mom noticed a scuff mark on two pieces of furniture. She called Cabrini and they refunded her a fair amount to have the minor damage repaired. I would definitely recommend Cabrini and use them again. They were fantastic! I was so impressed all throughout the day while they were working. This is a great company!

I could not have been more satisfied with Cabrini!!! Due to my own scheduling conflicts, I had to call with a last minute request, they came by for a free in home estimate that Saturday and scheduled the move for that Monday. They were prompt - to the minute - and EXTREMELY professional and curtious. Great communication, excellent service, worked hard from the moment they arrived until the job was complete. Got the job done in much less time than the estimate and were very consistant about ensuring everything they brought into the new house was placed where I wanted it. They wouldn't even slow down to take some water I had left out for them unti they were completely done. AAA rating, highly reccommend them and if I ever need to move again will use them!!!

Selected Cabrine from high rating on Angie's List and called. Receptionist, a daughter of founder and sister current manager. She wasn't certain if Cabrini could provide moving services within CT(from one CT address to another CT address). The next day, the manager returned my call. He explained: Cabrini can move- within MA (from one MA address to another MA address). From another state to MA and from MA to another state. If my moving mret those requirements, I would arrange for an estimate. Based on estimate, etc. I would consider hiring.

"CABRINI IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY IN WESTERN MASSACHUSETTS" My first contact with Cabrini was in 11/2011 with Lance. I had a 24 day close on my home and Lance and his amazing team made it happen! Lance is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Lance suggested ways to have things packed that allowed me to save significant money! On my last move - my move date changed 4 times within a 2 week period (In the month of MAY!!!) and Lance was able to accommodate the date changes and get the same crew as I had for the prior 4 moves! I had requested Stephan and although Stephan was already booked for another job - Lance made it happen! Stephan went to a warehouse with me where my belongings were stored and went through 100's of boxes to help me determine what needed to go where! In addition, Stephan packed his car and drove back to my condo and unloaded packing supplies that were at the warehouse! How many people would do that? And with a smile on his day off! The team measured to determine the center of the rooms for precise floor coverings, furniture and wall decor placement! That wowed me! They put felt pads on the bottoms of heavy furniture to minimize any floor scratches (There were zero!) Cabrini helped significantly in reducing my stress of several moves. They took care of everything and always asked if they were unsure of furniture placement or anything for that matter. The teams are polite, professional, courteous and a pleasure to have with! They helped me what is a typically very stressful day for most people while moving! They handled all of my belongings with kid-gloves! I will always use Cabrini for future moves and recommend Cabrini hands down over any other moving company! Cabrini is simply the best!

Picture perfect. Everything went exactly as I had hoped.

They were very good. In fact, they were unusually good. We liked that they were local while the other one was from Amherst and was charging additional money because they were driving here from Amherst to Springfield. Cabrini did not make that extra charge. We got them from Angie’s List. We had a terrible closing on the new house because of the bank that screwed up everything over and over again. Cabrini said that we folks had been screwed so badly by these people and that they were going to take good care of us. They did took good care of us. They were wonderful in fact.

Met with a representative of the company Cabrini Moving Service, Inc. and agreed for the moving to be accomplished on the 30 March 2013. I signed a contract on 9 March 2013 and paid $100.00 down payment. They were responsive and punctual and I rate with an A score. I gave the workers a tip of $150.00 with cheerfulness.

It went very well. I have no complaints.

Lance, of Cabrini Movers, came around and gave us a very fair price, he was very accurate in the amount of boxes we would need and the weight of our household furniture and other articles. We told Lance about our new home in NC and how the driveway was steep and the road narrow, he suggested we offload onto a smaller truck near the new address and use the smaller truck to get up the driveway. This would cost an extra $800 and change, and we agreed to this. Unfortunately when the big truck arrived to pick up at our old address, it couldnt get up the driveway and we faced another $800 for the smaller truck. After talking with Lance this was reduced to $450, and we proceeded with the move. I have to say that the Cabrini men worked tirelessly all day, and I provided lunch to help them on their way. Everything was packed carefully and they took great pains to keep all the nuts and bolts together for the furniture. (One nice surprise was that when the truck was weighed, it was a bit lighter than the estimate, this was because we had managed to sell some of our furniture and given away some more. This resulted in a slight cut in the eventual price.) The Lippincott truck and the driver Peter, took off and we got ourselves ready to drive to NC with our dogs. In North Carolina, Peter arrived on time, but he only had two helpers instead of the four he had asked for. Eventually another one man turned up and they proceeded to download our stuff to the smaller truck. Then the truck was driven to our new house and up the steep driveway, and the the job of off loading and setting up the furniture began. It was a struggle for these guys but again they worked very hard and the job got done. There are always surprises on every job and I think, how we tackle these surprises is what seperates the good companies from the bad. Cabrini/Lippincott did a great job, I give them all an A+
