C2C Landscaping & Property Mgmt

I hired C2C the winter of 2014. I never really looked at the bill, just paid it. Then the spring of 2015, I noticed my bill was incorrect. It was suppose to be $35, not $40. Some weeks I didn't want to be mowed but I would be charged anyways. The mowing was sporadic, sometimes they did a really good job but most of the time they would miss spots. They also lacked communications. I would let steve know I didn't need a mow this week, then they would show up. One time they cops were called because the door to my house was open. My dog use to open it, this was a week I told them I didn't need mowing. The good thing about their mowing was the edging. You could really tell the driveway had been edged. This year their edging is not very good. They mowed last week and you can't tell they edged. Steve had the same problem with billing, again. He told me I could put $35 under the mat if I wanted. Then I wouldn't have to deal with the billing. That sounds shady to me. Huh. Ummmm no. Fix the billing. Since he can't seem to fix the billing, he doesn't want to "go through this again". So I am no longer a customer. Which is fine with me! I don't think I am asking for much. Put on the bill the week you mowed. He put two weeks of mowing on one. That looks like I paid $70 for one week of mowing. Steve use to be a business partner of the Q fm. I am not sure if he decided not to be a business partner anymore but his business does not come out here. If you use him, beware and look over your bill. A business does not just provide a service but it also provide accurate billing.
