She took it step by step and showed me choices and listened to me when I expressed my thoughts and wishes. She also gave me so much information as well as a complete price breakdown of everything. I will go back again.

+ -1 moreI liked everything about them. They had good prices, and were knowledgeable, and helpful. This was a very small job, but it was effortless to work with them. Bay State was always happy, pleasant, and very helpful. They made a mistake ordering one of the pieces, and they were very apologetic, and got it turned around very quickly. One of the items that I needed Bay State had exclusively, but for other things, their prices were comparable to one of the big box stores. That reminds me, I have to pick something up tomorrow.
Description of Work: I purchased fixtures from Bay State Plumbing & Heating Supply. Originally, I just need a shower surround, but I kept adding additional items to the list. This project has been ongoing for the last three months.
