B & G Window Tinting

They did a great job and the tinting is perfect, but I think they accidentally hit my car with another moving in and out of the shop. They claim it didn't happen there, but I got home and my bumper was damaged, black paint on my white car, and scratches on the right rear and right passenger door. The car was only a month old. I only made one other stop on the way home to pick up a prescription. It is possible it happened there, but there was a black car right next to mine in the shop, and at one point I heard a loud crunch as another black car was brought in. I talked to them about it, but they were sure it didn't happen there. So I am out an additional $400. :(

I was able to book a convenient appointment day and time. The staff was very courteous & professional. The work took longer than I expected, but they did it very quickly with precision.

This is the second vehicle that B&G has tinted for me. The first one, my '07 Subaru Outback, was done at B&G based on the recommendation of a local dealer. I was very pleased with the work they did for me in 2007, so when I traded the Outback in for a new Subaru, one of the first things I did was make an appointment to have these windows tinted. Their new location is very nice. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, and was greeted immediately. The person who explained everything to me (and also did the actual window tinting) was pleasant and went over everything I needed to know about the selections available. The customer waiting area is adequate, and has a television. My car was completed in about an hour. Both of my cars were brand new when the windows were done, and I am extremely happy with the results. The tinting does keep the car much cooler, which was important because both cars were black with a black interior.

They did a great job. I thought they charged a fair price.

We recently moved from SC and were told we needed to have our car window tinting removed as it was illegal in MA (too dark) so I took my car to B&G Window Tinting. Brian was professional on the phone telling me I could come down the same day if I wanted. When I explained the situation he checked my tinting again to make sure it was legal. My car tinting actually was legal. He checked all my windows, had me take a photo on my phone to show for inspection if there were any questions and answered all my questions at no charge. He could have just taken the tint off because it actually looks quite dark but was honest. He did not take off my tinting so I can't comment on his tinting, but if I need any tinting done on another car I will definitely go to Brian because he is honest and professional.

They diagnose problems very well. They are willing to spend time to repair it right and also chase down parts to get what they need to get the job done.
