Initial treatment went fine. This is the type of thing that we'll have to wait and see as the cold weather comes and then next spring. But so far, so good. They alerted us to different things to look for and said they'd come back out if needed. Just an FYI. For carpenter ant treatment, you will have to stay out of the house during the treatment and for a minimum of two hours after, so you need to plan accordingly.

I like that you pay a fee every year and any time you have a problem, they come up. The responsive time is reasonable. Before we used them, I had ant problem, I used a company before them, who were not able to sort out the problem. Ever since I started using them, I have no ants and no bugs. They are really good. I have not seen a single ant in this house ever since I started using them.

Extremely helpful CS department and Entomologist on staff were able to answer all my questions. Service man responded quickly, was neatly dressed and very respectful of our home. Overall the experience greatly exceeded my expectations. I have since recommended them to my neighbors and would not hesitate to do so to others.

Went well. I am now in my 3rd year of termite monitoring and technicians have checked traps monthly or more during active season (May to October I think). No other work has been needed. I have watched these inspections closely and technicians take their time and are thorough and knowledgeable.

First they came out to inspect the property and to a**** my needs. They gave me a proposal which only took a day. They were very specific in thier inspection. They really opened my eyes in terms of what to look for to determine how to treat my home. The treatment process was complete and I have to say that the carpenter ants have completely disappeared. They made some suggestions on how to keep mice at bay as well as treated the house for mice. There service was absolutely the best. I did have another service before seeing American Pest Solution and I was not happy with thier level of professionalism or thier plans for treatrmet. I plan to call American Pest Solution for all my pest needs.

They seemed pretty good. The company may have changed now since the guy who owned it was pretty elderly. The price charged by them was reasonable. It was a lot less than what it was going to be for the work that they did. They did very well. They worked quickly to get the job done. Overall, they were excellent. They cleaned up everything. They did a good job. I called them late in the afternoon and they responded well. They were punctual and professional as well.
