This is written less than three years after the job was done, and a major repaint is going to be necessary. Little prep work was done, almost no scraping is far as we could tell and no sanding at all. They sprayed the paint on in most locations and we could see the old paint color through the light application in numerous spots. I had to scrape all exterior windows with a razor blades to remove the paint spray from them. We had to ask them to return and repaint more than once, and then the color was slightly different and can still be seen in the touch-up spots. Even now I can see the old paint color bleeding through in some locations. After less than three years there is much paint peeling and chipping off. I have called this company three times in the last three weeks to get them to take a look, and have not received a call back. I would not use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone else.

My advice is stay away! Mismanaged, incompetent and horrible business to deal with. They were hired to paint my garage, hallway, and the basement. Despite legal requirement for a contract, none was provided. The printer didn't work, the scanner didn't work, they were out of company letterhead etc. On the first day the owner showed up with a subcontractor - apparently a guy whom he just met that morning, to do the work I stressed I wanted done to the highest standard. The subcontractor was a nice guy, but had no idea or skills to perform the job he was hired to do. He proceeded to mess up the walls instead of fixing them. He painted without fixing the walls, then applied way too much compound, then over-sanded some areas, under-sanded others. That went on for days. Then he tried to fix it, called in other guys from same company, one less skilled than the next. After 2 weeks of working and reworking the 4 day job, the owner came to take a look and agreed it was horrible (at least to my face he did). He was apologetic and promised to take care of it to my satisfaction. He sent another guy to fix the botched job the next day. The second contractor worked for a day, and then apparently was instructed to clear out. Nobody knew he was packing - I guess he was told to do this in secret. I was convinced he was continuing to work on fixing the job, while he was packing up his and MY stuff into his truck and leaving. Only found out about it by checking the security video later. I only found out through a nasty text message from the owner that they were not planning on finishing the job. Despite multiple futile contact attempts my property they took, most notably a step ladder worth $60, was never returned. The job was never finished by them - I had to hire another company to complete it and ended up spending more money. Outrageous lack of professionalism, coupled with just weird double talk and outright deception. They like to advertise BBB accreditation and some award from the town they work in. Don't fall for those gimmicks, none says anything about the quality or their work ethics - both of which are not just lacking, they are non-existent to the point of being just strange. I would NEVER advise anyone to hire this company, even for free. Get ANYONE else.
