We had a water leak in our chimney and contacted several masons. After having several come out we decided to go with All American Masonry and I'm very glad we did. From the first phone call to the last visit, every member of the company was a pleasure to work with. They promptly returned calls, arrived when they said and were available to answer questions even after the job had been done. In fact, Zack, came out a couple times to follow up on questions we had. I can't recommend this company enough for masonry work. It's one of the good ones, a rare gem!

I filled out an application, he calls me, I tell him about my 25 yr career and usual trades, he tells me he's gonna ask me a few questions by text message, not right there on the phone. I answer the questions, he tells me they were not clear enough so I don't get the job , after I had to call him back. BTW I'm black. I happen to be all American too.

This company arrived as scheduled. I hired them because they claim to clean chimneys as well as inspect physical condition inside and out. They cleaned our chimney as promised but did not effectively inspect outside of the chimney. I knew for a fact that I had the typical crumbling brick and concrete on the top area of my chimney. This firm claimed to clean and repair chimneys and that was why I hired them. When I asked their worker how the outside physical condition looked he said it looked good. I told him I was confident that i needed repair on the top of the chimney but he would need to go on the roof to inspect it. He had no interest in going on the roof and said he could see it fine from the ground. At that point I did not want him to do the repair so I paid him for the cleaning only. D&D launches aggressive and relentless phone campaigns claiming to be a full service company and probably get a lot of business as a result. In reality, it seems they are only looking for the fast job so they can move on to the next quick fix.
