There was nothing to like or dislike, a guy showed up, he was okay and I didn't have any issues with them. I wasn't there when he was doing the work, it is a rental property and my son was there, so he did the work and he did a good job. I can't say anything negative or positive because I really wasn't there. So I don't really know if he did a great job or an okay job. It was okay, price wise but it ended up more than it was quoted but I didn't realize I had more vents than I really had. They based the price on the amount of vents but that was okay. Charging wise they were same or a little bit better than the other people. They pretty much did it the same day or the next day. I sort of had an issue with the payment because I wasn't there. I wish they had a way to bill me or send me PayPal reference or have me do it that way but it is not something on them, it is more on me.

They arrived late from a prior job, but we very good about calling us and letting us know when they would arrive. The two men who did the work were polite and friendly. The air ducts and drying vent were well-cleaned. They had been really dusty. We did not like how they left debris around each heating register - broken off bits of old adhesive. I had to go around the whole house and vacuum in front of each register. They also drove away leaving the side door to our house wide open. They had to pull their vacuums through that door to get them back on the truck, so why wouldn't they close the door behind them? Overall, the price was good and service was beneficial. But I wouldn't use them again because it was too much cleanup.

Provider never showed up nor did they call. I gave up a Saturday morning waiting for them.

It went really well. They did a great job. They polite, professional and ontime. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

The service technician arrived in a timely manner and was very courteous and respectful of our home and furnishings. Tasks were completed thoroughly and professionally. We would definitely use this service again in the future. We highly recommend Advanced Air Quality!

Very pleased with the service. Jim Van Houten, owner, answered the phone and asked several pertinent questions about number of returns and outlets so that I'd know how he would be charging. He said the price would be $400 for 24 returns/outlets and that it would be $25 for each additional. Jim said that they'd start upstairs and proceed down to the basement, which they did. I had asked if they could come within the week, as I had company coming. That was arranged as well. The technician arrived exactly on time. The previous cleaners had just opened a small, circular opening in the origin of the duct work to shoot compressed air into the vents that would be caught at the outlet end. This had been a bit of a mess. Instead, Advanced Air opened several slightly larger openings in the trunk (origin) of the ductwork, and then vacumed everything with HEPA filtered vacums. This took approximately 3 1/2 hours. I had my daughter here to let the technician in, so that when I arrived home from work, the cleaning had mostly been completed. I immediately noticed how much easier it was to breathe in the house. He presented a bill, I handed him a check, and voila, clean ducts. Many thanks to Advanced Air for a very professional job.

They arrived on-time; were extremely courteous; walked through what they would be doing and how; finished promptly; and were very realistic in their pricing. Use them if you get the chance! I will be using them in the future.

I liked the company and they were very professional. The workers came on time and they went right to work. There were two guys, and they really worked well together. They did all of the cleaning and cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant and nice. They said they would take an hour and a half or so, and they were within that period of time. I was pleased with their work and the price seemed reasonable. The price was based on the number of ducts and vents that you have.

I was satisfied with the service and I'd use them again in the future if needed.

When calling around for estimates before hiring, spoke with sales rep Stephanie who was responsive, personable, explained the options and prices, and was thorough in answering my questions in attempting to be certain that there would be no surprises or added fees. Service team arrived at the scheduled time, completed the work and provided everything that was promised. Around 20 pounds of dirt and junk was removed from the ducts. Company honored their estimated price. Entirely satisfactory.
