+ -1 moreWe had purchased a Kirby Vacuum Cleaner from another distributor. After he left he said he'd return to walk us through other things the vacuum could do but he never returned. In the meantime, we shampooed the rug with the vacuum, which is one of the many things this vacuum does quite well, and needed to purchase more shampoo. The company gave us JOE LUPIEN's name and we called him. We're talking about soap here. He was so up front and helpful, offering to come to our home to deliver the shampoo and help refresh our minds regarding the way to use this machine effectively. We agreed, and he came to the house on time, shampooed our stairs, which we hadn't done, and walked us through other functions. Our cost was $10 for the shampoo. This man deserves this recommendation. He will be our go to guy should we need any further help or instructions with the Kirby Vacuum cleaner. We do no expect to - the machine is amazing.
