Initially I asked lots of questions, even though I'd done my research. The man I spoke with was very helpful and made sure that he offered only the washers that would fit my limited space requirements. He had one of the three I was looking for, at the best price, and immediate delivery as well. Their delivery fee for the new & removal of my old washer was a flat $30 (apparently it's not based on distance from their facility). The delivery date was up to me not some pre-determined schedule. I happened to select a Saturday, and they called about 8-8:30 pm Friday evening to tell me when to expect them. Apparently that's when they finish the scheduling, 8-8:30 pm the night before so it wasn't possible to know when their 2-hour window was until they'd done their schedule. The two men who arrived at my home were professional, helpful and friendly. They had made two or three deliveries prior to mine, still arriving at the early part of the time frame. They had the job done very rapidly and it was not an easy install, as the space is really tight (required moving a refrigerator and a bifold door.) You need to remember that this is a rather small "no frills" store, crammed to the roof with various appliances, bike repairs in process, phones ringing off the hook, just a lot going on. I looked around a bit and when I was ready, I had great service from the first question through to the delivery and removal. I didn't get rushed even though they were busy and I definitely recommend them.

Replaced burned out compressor relay on 4 year old Whirlpool fridge, replaced door gasket on 10 year old LG front loader, replaced GE microwave handle and fixed GE stove hinges. Great, prompt service. Outstanding communication. VERY fair prices on parts and service call. Highly recommend!

They have delivery and are very inexpensively prices. They help us out with pretty much anything.
